I just received a piece of spam from this 'company'...41.42%?! HAHAHAHAHA GTFOH! a Finance Charge of $1491 for the amount financed of $2400 for a total of payments $3891!!!! No one should do this. It's loan shark rates. The fact that they have over 3k ratings at a high score suggests to me that either they have bought these ratings, or there are too many people that are too gullible being scammed out of their money and aren't paying attention.

Getting a cash advance with a credit card has better rates! Report 'companies' like this to the BBB and CFPA

The loan process is very slow even when you have given them your info online and when you're a repeat customer. When you go in and it takes over 30 minutes, that's slow. Need faster quicker service.

Stacie made the loan process so easy and was extremely very helpful the whole way from start to finish. I will definitely recommend her services in the future to family and friends.

Catherine (or Katherine) calls my mother saying she didn't pay last month with a very rude attitude not even clarifying where she's calling from until she's asked. We explain she's setup on auto pay and the girl just rudely says no, you're not and have never been on auto pay. Come to find out it was a family members account. So she failed to state the company's name and failed to even mention who she's calling about. Sad customer service skills and all together horrible people skills. You should never call anyone with that kind of attitude no matter what your business is!

I feel that I was not given a fair amount on my loan and feel it's totally based on my credit score. If the company looked at all 3 credit bureaus , they would see I am making an effort to get back on track based on an income reduction. I am trying to rectify the situation, however I feel as one of your customers, it seems like that goes unnoticed.

I received the most arrogant, offensive, and probably illegal letter today offering a loan of $2400 with an interest rate of 50%. This is totally outrageous. I am going to find out if this is legal. I'm sure the Mafia would like to hand out 50% interest loans. No one in their right mind would get a loan from these sharks. I'm going to let everyone I know to never do business with Regional Finance Co. Of Utah. They have a boatload of nerve charging 50% interest. I'd like to give them a negative 5 stars for a rating.
