Absolutely horrible scam company who will keep your domain hostage, try to charge literally 100x the price of what your domain actually costs in order to get it back. Absolutely pathetic & I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

They "sold" me an unavailable domain
I tried to register a domain with them and they were the only registrar showing it as available, others had it as reserved/not available.
Paid for it then got a "verify account" message and when I sent them the docs they said they couldn't confirm them and they would refund the order.
After the domain was flagged as unavailable.
