Their server is extremely slow, and they repeatedly shift the blame onto us for issues clearly on their end. My experience with them has been consistently negative. Even their domain pricing is unreasonably high compared to more cost-effective and reliable alternatives like Namecheap. Frankly, their service is substandard and disappointing.
