Registered Address Ltd Reviews

Really quick and easy to set up a company

Was looking for an affordable virtual office address for my Scottish registered Company, which could also be used as the registered business address on company House… and came across Registered Address by some stroke of luck. Price was right and the services offered went over and beyond the value I felt I should have paid. Their support team is also quick and responsive.

Always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. If we aren't moving in with another company, we would have gladly continued working with Registered Address. When we were late in cancelling a renewal, they assisted us with a refund immediately—no fuss, no hassle. That kind of attitude truly sets professionals apart from the rest. Highly recommended.

Very helpful and supportive service i received. Thank you so much for your custom.

We have used Registered Address for several years. We use them as our Registered Office and Registered Address, but also for our accounting and tax filings as well. They are exceptional and very responsive. We have had nothing but professional and positive experiences with them. Five stars.

Great service, very responsive Support Team, generally an incredibly useful and reliable product!

The registration process was quick as, the instructions were clear and I got the assistance I needed when I encountered a problem.

I Am Very Satisfied With "Registered Address" Support Team,
Thank You Soo Much

The customer support is excellent. Every time i ask them something, they make sure my queries are responded as quickly as possible and this has happened three times now. They must be doing something right! This time, I needed a physical mail forwarded to my address just at a time when i was moving home. They were able to give me an assurance that physical mail would be transferred to me even if i had a scanned mail service and further my change of address was quickly verified and updated. All done seamlessly.

They charged for every little things like for getting registered address at Company House, and for getting documents from Company House, for getting debit and credit cards, they separatly charged for all three. I donot recommend anyone to get registered address from them expecially if you new. I was new when I get there address and donot know anything about them. Now I know. So be safe from companies like them.

Very fast and efficient company setup. Good website and easy, accessible IT system.

I have only just created an account with this company, but already they have been very quick to respond to issues that I have had.

Easy to follow and set up. Portal is easy to understand and access. Location of office chosen, is in a respectable area.

Great experience and recommended

I had an excellent experience with Registered Address Ltd. From start to finish, they were methodical, responsive, and provided top-quality service. Even after initially failing the ID check, the team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the reapplication process with patience and professionalism. Their support made the entire experience seamless, and I’m very grateful for their assistance. Highly recommend their services!

I have been using this company for over a year now and their services have been amazing. They have been very professional throughout and their communication is excellent, this is what you need when you have a business. The website is easy to navigate add and remove services when you want and when you are unsure - the staff at registered address is always willing to help. Thank you for the excellent service and I would recommend your services for sure.
