It appears you have left us numerous negative reviews under different names to coerce us into approving your account.
We have made it very clear in our communications that we can not approve an account if our Anti-Money Laundering team deem the ID/Address documents to have been altered.
We have therefore issued you a full refund and closed your account(s). Thank you and goodbye.

We used Registered Address to ensure…
We used Registered Address to ensure our virtual tech business could have an address that reflected the market we operated in. The service has been faultless and we have enjoyed the benefits of the mail forwarding for the business service address too. For those that are keen to have a London address for their business this is a great option and we would recommend.

Our addition of accountancy and tax services a few years back meant companies like yours have everything they need under one roof.
We appreciate your review and custom.
Full suite of services for small business.
Basically I run everything from office address, director address, mail scanning, confirmation statements etc. for my small business. I recently used the service to generate and submit my accounts to CH and HMRC. It was quick and simple so I cannot recommend higher, especially at the price point.

We're sorry to hear this. Further to your conversation yesterday, and having looked at your account history, I understand we received over 40 letters for which the forwarding fees were not paid.
We always notify clients via email for each letter that arrives. However, as the email address on the account was given to us incorrectly and was not updated on your end, you were unable to receive these emails.
I understand this resulted in enforcement agents enquiring about your company's debt at our address, which then led to the termination of your services with us.
We ensure clients are always kept in the loop, whether an account is in goodstanding or otherwise, and hope our other reviews of fast support/communication justifies this.
I'm sorry our business relationship had ended this way, and we wish you the best with finding an alternative provider.
If the foregoing is not clear please contact our support team via your account dashboard and we will be happy to explain further.
