DONT BUY FROM HERE! ITS A TRAP!! Your items will incur a ridiculous charge to clear with UPS I HAD TO PAY £90 more !!!! I was contacted by UPS saying that the item value was wrong (this is an issue from the supplier) and that they needed a copy of the commercial invoice- again the business did not provide this.

Most expensive bikini I’ve ever bought in the end almost £400 for a bikini set. Tell me that’s not a rip off.

Ho effettuato un ordine con consegna 3-5 giorni lavorativi.
Sono passati 20 e non ho ricevuto l’ordine.
Il pacco risulta “on the way”.
Dopo aver mandato 3 mail più contatto su Instagram sono stata finalmente risposta dicendo che la colpa era del corriere.
Assurdo che un brand che venda costumi di un certo livello abbia un’esperienza d’acquisto così negativa.
Sono partita per le vacanze senza essermi potuta portare il costume dietro.
Quando il pacco è arrivato era in condizioni pietose neanche fosse Shein.

Il bikini è bellissimo ma non merita assolutamente un prezzo così alto. Servizio clienti PESSIMO, ho avuto mille problemi. Una grande delusione purtroppo

I have been trying to reach customer services for weeks with endless emails and WhatsApp messages and no one has answered me back. There seems to be no customer services at the moment.

Horrendous customer service.
The incorrect size was sent and I have been chasing to get a return label for over one week without a reply, in addition to having to pay duties on the incorrect item that was shipped. At this point I will pay for it to be sent back otherwise I worry I'll get no refund.

Bikini che dopo un’estate e pochi utilizzi è da buttare (modello Ginny). Il tessuto elasticizzato ha completamente ceduto nonostante abbia seguito i consigli per lavaggio e asciugatura. Il prezzo elevato non rispecchia assolutamente la qualità.

Do due stelle solo perché il bikini, quelle poche volte che l’ho indossato, aveva una bella vestibilità. Peccato che sia durato pochissimo.

Shockingly bad quality for a one piece swimsuit. poor finishing Not worth the price

Customs fee was not disclosed at checkout and I discovered the fee that was over 39% of the total cost of my order when the item was delivered to me. The company does not cover any of the hidden customs fee when it is returned either.

I costumi sono molto belli anche se il prezzo così alto è ingiustificato. La qualità è normale quindi ho acquistato diversi costumi solo perchè le fantasie sono originali.
Per il primo acquisto ho avuto problemi con la vestibilità. Nonostante le indicazioni delle taglie sul sito, la coppa dei reggiseni veste molto piccola per cui ho dovuto cambiare con una taglia più grande che poi ho dovuto far stringere da una sarta sul torace. Credo che le vestibilità funzionino solo se si ha pochissimo seno o se oltre al seno si ha anche il torace largo. Se si è magre con una coppa C non ci sono taglie che fittano bene.

Nonostante questo problema, avendo capito quale taglia acquistare, ho acquistato altri costumi che ho poi sempre fatto stringere sul torace dalla sarta.

Con il black friday ho acquistato un bikini a un buon prezzo (rispetto ai loro standard). Mi è arrivato con una vestibilità totalmente sbagliata. Pur avendo acquistato la mia solita taglia, il reggiseno era minuscolo e lo slip enorme.
Ho chiesto di poter cambiare o rendere il prodotto e mi è stato detto che non era possibile farlo perchè acquistato in sconto. Mi è stato proposto di cambiarlo con un prodotto della nuova collezione pagando l'enorme differenza di prezzo. Peccato che, anche volendo, i prodotti della nuova collezione siano gli stessi dell'anno scorso.
Ora mi ritrovo con un bikini che non posso nemmeno rivendere o regalare perchè fallato.
Capisco la clausola di non poter rendere o cambiare i prodotti in saldo ma nel caso in cui questi siano fallati dovrebbero farlo comunque.
Non acquisterò più da loro. Non ne vale la pena.

So disappointed that there was no alert prior to checking out that there would be a $100 import fee to the US. Terrible business practice.

Very bad quality

Take care when ordering from this brand — the operational execution is a complete nightmare.

First, although this is a Swiss brand with a Swiss corporate address, they don’t mention during the order process that products are not shipped from Switzerland. As a result, customers from the brand’s own home country (ironically!) have to pay customs and duties, which are not clearly indicated at checkout. This is legally questionable in Switzerland.

Second, I initiated a return — and that’s when the real problems began. My return parcel got stuck at the border. Even though the authorities had already informed the company about the issue, they only started handling the customs declaration after I followed up myself.

Later, I was told that the refund had been processed to my original payment method, but no money ever arrived. My bank confirmed that the refund was never booked. In such cases, the sender (Reina Olga) must contact their bank and initiate an investigation, but despite my repeated requests, I’ve received no feedback and still haven’t gotten my money back.

My return parcel was sent on September 2nd, so I’ve been dealing with this back-and-forth for more than a month now.

Seriously — I will never order from this brand again. The products may look cute at first, but the quality is poor, and everything quickly becomes messy and worn.

Marchio scoperto per caso su Instagram,dal sito vedi subito la scelta di costumi davvero belli ma per dovere di cronaca è necessario dire che sia il prezzo che le taglie mi lasciavano perplessa,ho una taglia tra la 44 e la 46 e sinceramente ero molto dubbiosa. Avendo l’azienda una politica di reso seria e trasparente,non ho esitato ad acquistare,consapevole del fatto che avrei potuto effettuare il reso…Non appena è arrivato il costume sono letteralmente rimasta estasiata dalla bellezza e dall’ottimo materiale al tatto,mi sono precipitata ad indossarlo e MAI SOLDI SPESI MEGLIO!!!Ottima vestibilità e ottimo materiale fanno da padrone a questa azienda conosciuta per caso ma che difficilmente abbondeneró!Complimenti davvero a chi li disegna e a chi li tesse con cura e qualità!GRAZIE❤️

Disappointed by the Poor Quality of Jinny Scrunch Swimwear

I own four swimsuits from the Jinny Scrunch line by Reina Olga.i, and unfortunately, three of them were damaged after only a few uses — despite being treated with extreme care. One of them had to be replaced just two days after purchase and a single wear, which already raised concerns. For the other two damaged swimsuits, I was only offered a 40% discount on a new purchase.

Given the high price of these items, I expected much better quality and customer service. Swimsuits should not deteriorate this quickly, especially when properly maintained. I believe that full replacements — not partial discounts — are the appropriate response in this situation.

Very disappointing experience overall.

Absolutely amazing. I’m truly impressed with the their quality and style! If you like Hunza G crinkle swimwear, you will absolutely love Reina Olga, with much softer, almost like butter fabric, sexy silhouette and beautiful colours. Bought my first swimsuit few years ago and keep adding. Their new silk dress is pure style and chic and crinkle mini skirt is the piece everyone is asking about. Highly recommend to everyone. Just be aware of light coloured fabrics- they are a bit sheer when wet, but you are absolutely safe with darker colours.
Also need to mention their customer service- they are true professionals, who reply to your email in hours ( not days or even weeks) and deal with your issues so efficiently and professionally that you can’t believe your luck! I had problem with FedEx delivery and they’ve sorted everything with no stress!!!

Why the negative comments?
I don't understand the negative comments, yes the swimsuits are expensive but they are so beautifully made and in Italy. I've received my order 2 days after placing it, and I absolutely love the products!! Maybe it is too soon to tell, I hope they last a long time for this price and the elasticity or color does not lose it's original quality; if so, I will come back to edit my review. As of now, I just want to go back on the site and order more <3

I love the fit and quality of ReinaOlga! They have often helped me with my purchases and exchanges when I got the wrong size. I LOVE YOU, thank you!

Poor service, Sizing are incorrect + color fades away after few months. I requested for a return they ask me to pay shipping + their duty tax + mine + again for my replacement. The bikini ends up being extremely expensive and it's not worth it.

I’ve bought a Brigitte bikini in black color from Reina Olga, and after wearing it once (!) I was shocked, because it became all white from the cotton pile. Essentially, the bikini fabric is so unquality, so that all the cotton lump (from t-shirt/towel) sticks to it.

Moreover, I’ve noticed that after one swim in the sea the bottoms became much looser than they were in the initial dry condition and remained these loose when air dried. I believe again it’s a fabric quality (or better unquality) that looses shape.

When I wrote to Reina Olga, they declined any refund or exchange suggesting to use a sticking roll while using this bikini. Honestly, it looked like a very rude joke.

Bottomline, it’s a very bad quality brand that seems to become popular thanks to instagram celebrities. Also, it’s dangerous to buy from them as they will never give you a refund.
