Total Fraud

Total Fraud. Buyer beware. I've been skeptical of these types of offers for a lifetime but with both Mike Huckabee & Bill O'Reilly endorsing on TV & web sites thought I would give it a try for $7.95 and full refund guaranteed. Order placed before Christmas 12/16/25 for wife was received around 12/20/25. Two bottles would last for 2 months at 2 per night and 60 pills per bottle. So, I marked my files to follow up and make sure nothing further would be sent or billed until we saw whether it worked. Thought I had until at least 1/15/26 so today 1/14/26, I started to find out if there was going to be any further billing or orders shipped, like some of these scams do. Well first, it was not easy to find the account details, but when I did, to my surprise they already billed another $119. +tax for a total of $129.94 ON Jan 2nd, only about a week after the pills were received. Another $119+ was scheduled for 2/9. Worse yet when I called to inquire on whether another order for the amount billed was shipped, I was told no, the additional charge was for the first "Free/trial" order. To get a full refund I have to send the unopened bottle back to them at my cost (thankfully only one was open), and wait for a refund. The CS rep was nice, very apologetic for the misunderstanding etc. & I was not mincing any words because this is terrible. Shame on both Mike & Bill. Until now I thought more of both of you but I guess your greed caught up with your morals. What a scam. By the way the product is worthless and did nothing. Also, since when is sales tax allowed on shipping to NV address?

I ordered the FREE trial and later without notice my card I used for shipping was charged $119.00.

sneaky sales tactics

During your trial period they start charging you credit card. Cease with the sneaky sales tactics. We were prepared to order the product but when Wells Fargo notified me of their attempts to charge my card while just starting the trial period I lost trust in them

I have been dealing with insomnia for…

I have been dealing with insomnia for 16yrs, I have tried all natural supplements that did nothing. I can’t take anything over the counter because it all has Benadryl in it and I can’t take Benadryl. A dr prescribed me ambien but it was to addictive for me and I would do things I didn’t remember while taking it. I could go 3 days without sleep at all and would be going crazy in my mind from no sleep. I had just come to terms that I would never have a good night sleep, but then my dad had seen commercials about Relaxium and ordered me some. I wnted to like this product

I wnted to like this product. It gives me SEVERE diarrhea. I ended up in the ER to get hydrated after taking this product. A hard no from me!

Relaxium Sleep works very well for me

Relaxium Sleep works very well for me. Before Relaxium, after using the bathroom in the middle of the night I use to lie awake for hours. With Relaxium I am able to fall back to sleep in a fairly short time. There is some confusion making the initial order that you are agreeing to a subscription. Be sure you understand the details and the ability to cancel and return the unused product for a refund.. I do not use the subscription, I order as needed.

They are the epitome of Scam Artistry

They are the epitome of Scam Artistry. Orders are done via telephone “menu”. They try to get you to agree to a trial that includes a small fee for two bottles followed by $119.00 every month unless you cancel. If you refuse they then allow you the trial sample at no further cost. They they try to interest you in two other products. I declined these and in several days received two bottles and was billed $7.95. Sure enough two weeks later I was billed $119.90. When I called the company, they said that the monthly order was never canceled. This is true because the automatic monthly order was NEVER AGREED UPON! À quick call to my credit card company quickly resolved the problem. I’ll receive no further bills. And most importantly of all the product doesn’t work! You’d be better off taking a hot shower, and getting into bed and counting sheep, backwards, starting at one hundred.

I received the free bottles and before I finished the first bottle they charged me $119. I canceled my order and told them I didn't want it because it didn't work for me.

No response and no refund and no delivery of the product they charged me for.

Total rip-off.

This Product works Great

I dont know about yall but when I see an ingredient list that looks like a Chemistry project it makes me wonder. Not the case here this is Great, Before I was taking these ingredients by themselves and having to buy each one in a bottle, This puts them all into one pill. I have been using Relaxium for over a…

I have been using Relaxium for over a month and so far, it has done nothing for my sleep. Also, when I tried to cancel the order, I was told I would be charged full price for the 2 bottles of Relaxium I received which was over $150.00. When I told them I would be filing complaints with the BBB and state AG's office, they settled with charging me $25.90. Mike Huckabee states on the TV commercial that it is guaranteed to work on the first day but sure did NOTHING for me after over 30 nights of taking it........

I ordered relaxium and it doesn't do anything for me and now they have taken more money out of my account. I tried to call them but all I get is a recording and can't talk to anyone. I can't afford this to take out money from my account when I did not subscribe to this. I need that money put back on my account.

Buyer beware

I wanted to try a bottle on their test promotion which clearly stated a 90 day money back guarantee, I however did not read the fine print and there is no guarantee. As I navigated their long and drawn out process. They wanted to sell me a memory pill which I did not want, I found myself unable to get off the website. I closed the website. the next day I was charged $360. I immediately decided to cancel this order as I felt this was very shady. Nothing has shipped yet they want to keep $159. Update. The next day is supervisor contacted me and gave a 100% refund on canceled order. I wish they would have given me that option on their website and this email would not have occurred.

I hear you – falling asleep faster is progress, but those middle-of-the-night wake-ups can be just as frustrating and will take longer to adjust.
Here's what might be happening:
These actually involve different mechanisms in your body. Some solutions work on one but not the other.
A few things to consider:
Check the timing and dosage. Play around with both, maybe one capsules is sufficient as sometimes less is more, or taking it earlier in the evening might help.
Look at your sleep environment. Waking during the night can be triggered by temperature (rooms that are too warm), noise, light, or even your sleep position. Your body naturally goes through lighter sleep phases where it's easier to wake up.
Consider what's waking you. Are you waking to use the bathroom? Anxious thoughts? Physical discomfort? Each has different solutions – limiting fluids before bed, stress management techniques, or addressing pain/discomfort.
Give it more time, but track patterns. Three weeks is decent, but some sleep improvements take 4-6 weeks to fully develop. Keep a simple log of when you wake and any patterns you notice.

BUYER BEWARE

A Relaxium advertisement came across my social media feed. I was intrigued by the product and the promotional pricing so I purchased. The flow of the purchase process on their website was lengthy. I'm sure this is where the small font size terms were hidden. I was charged the $8.51 promotional price and received the product in an average amount of time. The product was not bad. It did help me drift to sleep… BUT Relaxium shows up on my credit card statement AGAIN, but for this time $128.29. Now, according to the website, I'm on a subscription and will be billed each month. I paid for a TRIAL. Do not overlook the hidden terms buried within the long checkout process. Then I call to get a refund and I'm met with the voice of a young girl who repeatedly scoffed at me for wanting a refund… correcting me on how I am wrong and I made the mistake. Girl… you just lost a customer with your terrible customer service.

Effective but expensive

Works well, no doubt about that, but the monthly cost is higher than I’d like. Still keeping my subscription though.
