They got me the product I ordered the…
They got me the product I ordered the first time, although the process as a bit slow. Then I needed additional parts, and by the time they got back to me with the part numbers and quote. I already had the parts shipped to me from another vendor and installed for days.

Motherboard shipment arrived overnight
Motherboard shipment arrived overnight, despite a UPS failed delivery in the early AM. Mohamed - repair engineer - was on time and promptly replaced defunct motherboard and server returned to normal operation.
Effective repair on short notice and about 60% of the cost quoted by HPE.
Excellent value.
