Overall, my experience has been good. Recently I had a technician not respond to my email.

The site is easy to navigate. I've been able to add custom courses and have taken several of the BACB CE courses. I've use most of the information in each of those course in my everyday practice.

The administrative interface is easy to navigate and makes the process smooth. The updated report screen makes it easy to keep a finger on compliance and see who is overdue.

Any time I need anything I can always count on the Relias Support Team as well as our Account Manager to walk me through it.

It operates with compliance in mind. It is easy to use and has excellent customer service.

Every time I call with a problem the representative is very nice and helpful. They always make me feel that they are there for me to solve my problem.

Relias is an easy to navigate platform with so many options for accomplishing staff training! This has been a great and reliable training option for our team.

Great platform for training and has a ton of trainings. There are a lot of ways to set up things to help keep trainings in compliance.

The good thing about Relias, if you can't finish immediately, you can always go back and finished the trainings.

I enjoy doing Relias, it's nice to always be reminded and to learn new and professional way of doing skills the right way in our Villa home.

What is the company doing well?
Relias does an excellent job of providing evidence-based, up-to-date training that’s relevant to real workplace challenges. Courses are practical, not just theoretical, and the built-in assessments help ensure the learning sticks. The platform also tracks progress clearly, which motivates learners and helps organizations maintain compliance without hassle.
Constructive suggestion:
One area for improvement would be streamlining the user interface on mobile devices. While the desktop experience is strong, mobile navigation could be smoother for people who want to complete training on the go. Adding more interactive elements—such as simulations or branching scenarios—could also make complex topics even more engaging.

Easy to follow website with clear directions of what modules need to be completed first, second and third. Ability to send automatic email notifications regarding training deadlines to employees if you utilize this option. Can send emails to employees if new courses are added to employees training.
