First time ordering after recently following owner and ordered a satin skirt for a concert I was going to, it came and it was the cheapest sewn up garnment I have ever seen for £45. The rolled sewed edges looked like my child had sewn them all over the place and not straight in the slightest. Also had black marks on and sewing machine running marks over visibly clear main panel parts of the dress, asked for refund and they said they would refund all including both portages.i had supplied my bank details as requested and I emailed last week that they had refunded me wrong and was missing £10 of my refund, no reply to my email but a further £5 was refunded, emailed again for further refund and still waiting for reply.
Not a great experience so far and I’m always one to try these small brands to support but didn’t trust on this occasion

I've ordered from RELR several times now, and every experience has been worth it. My recent purchase from their summer solstice collection prompted me to write this review. The quality of their clothing is excellent, and it’s so refreshing to find a brand that wants everyone to look and feel amazing.

I feel a confidence wearing RELR that I hadn’t felt in years, if ever. It's the only brand that has got me to get my legs and arms out wearing shorts, bikinis, and their fabulous, skin-tight Orla dress. Their bodysuits with extenders are so comfortable and actually fit without cutting into your curves!

As a tall, curvy girl with a larger chest, everything fits exactly as expected. This is one brand where I know my size is represented, and I don’t have to buy a range of sizes just to find the right fit.

I find my RELR outfits to be the most versatile and love how they balance comfort with style. I can easily mix and match pieces for everyday wear, work, holidays, or going out.

Whenever I’ve contacted customer service, Charlotte has responded quickly to help resolve my query. It’s clear that RELR truly cares about their customers, not just in their designs, but in the way they support and communicate with them.

I am, and will continue to be, a loyal customer who highly recommends RELR to anyone looking for fashionable, size-inclusive, and thoughtfully designed clothing!

I absolutely LOVE the bikinis, they make me feel and look good! I always get so many compliments. The bodysuits are a game changer too!

I ordered a few things last year (the Andie faux leather skirt and 2 bodysuits) but then discovered the label from the skirt had rubbed and caused bobbling to the back of the bodysuits. I contacted the RELR in January to let them know in case others had had the same issue. I initially got no reply so I sent a message on instagram. I then got a response to my email and was offered a partial refund "as a gesture of goodwill". However nothing ever came of it, I did send one final email to ask if a refund was imminent but no reply. This poor service has put me off ordering again unfortunately which is a shame as I love a lot of the clothes they sell.

Just returned from a holiday with a suitcase packed full of RELR! The swimwear is amazing quality and makes you feel so confident in it. I have most of the latest solstice collection can can't fault it at all, going to be wearing it all summer long. Great quality pieces that you'll use year after year for sure.

Unfortunately the sizing isn’t great for larger chested ladies resulting in returns. Whilst the sizing is just unfortunate I’m less than impressed with the returns issue. The refund was supposedly commenced on 14 May, yet today a message from PayPal saying it’s been cancelled…no correspondence why from the company and I have yet to have a response. Really not happy and will be taking this further. Such a shame as decent products (save for the sizing)

I have so many items from this brand in my wardrobe! Old and new. The quality is always consistently high. If there have ever been any issues with an order, the team have been quick to rectify!

Made my first purchase with Relr, very happy my bodysuit. It fits like a dream, long enough in the body, high enough around the arm pit.
I feel amazing in it. At 53 I thought I was too old for a bodysuit. But with a well fitting item I’m hooked. I want the whole range….

Ordered from Relr a couple of times now and I will be going back many times more. Everything is of amazing quality, returns are simple, easy and quick. I could not rate a company higher. My only complaint is that my bank balance does not allow for me to buy one or two of everything!

As a returning customer, I can confidently say that RELR continues to impress me with every order. I’ve been shopping with them for a while now (since the first ELR Style drop), and the consistency in quality, fit, and overall experience is unmatched.

RELR has become a staple in my wardrobe, and I recommend them to anyone looking for clothes that feel as good as they look!

Fantastic items that have been a staple in my wardrobe for a number of years now.
They are on the pricier side but in my opinion well worth it as they age very well.
Body suits are super sculpting and so easy to dress up or down and the white bodysuits aren’t see through at all, as other high street brands are.
The new summer solstice collection is beautiful and I can’t wait to wear my new pieces on holiday this year!

Clothing is beautiful quality, responded to super quickly, refunds given promptly and everyone I have dealt with has been so friendly. I cannot rate RELR enough I would say at least 50% of my wardrobe is now relr. Love that I’m supporting a small business too.

I'm so happy I found RELR through Emily, it's one of my favourite brands now! I wish restocks would be more often as I always miss my sizes at the launch and then waiting long for some items to be back in stock. The quality is absolutely amazing! I already bought leggings, bodysuits, shorts and dresses and it looks so good on, even with my curves. Don't get me started on swimming suits, I think I will feel confident this summer just because of RELR so thank you! Definitely recommend and will be buying again and again.

I have been buying from RELR back from the very beginning when it was just the floaty shorts and black body suit - it’s been great to see Emily and the team expand the ranges and being successful.

The clothes speak for themselves, I’ve never had a bad experience, Emily, Charlotte and the team have always gone above and beyond.

Every item I own from each collection including swimwear has stood the test of time for quality and the sizing is always great and true to size from the first body suit I purchased to my latest purchase.

I have followed Emily on Instagram for a long time, it’s weird to say as I stranger but I felt such pride when she released her own brand. I’ve watched her build it through her platform. It’s amazing. The quality of the items received are always such a brilliant standard. I have had bodysuits, a mystery bundle and I think I own every colour of the amazing Lucy shorts! My go to every summer ☀️

Bought some items for my girlfriends birthday(i was given a list), she was especially happy with her bodysuits. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast!

Faulty item received. I followed your return and refund policy and emailed your customer service team, but I have yet to receive any response. It’s extremely frustrating to be ignored, especially as a first-time customer who expected a basic level of support. I’ve emailed twice and still no reply.
I’m still waiting to return the order but do not feel it’s fair to pay for a return when the item is faulty and then have a further cost deducted due to returning a faulty item.
I expected more and better quality.
Extremely disappointed and would not recommend due to poor customer service.
