Incredible service throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Marcus and his team to anybody as their high level of expertise and experience helped us tremendously. It was refreshing to work with professionals that instil such confidence and ease in a process that can be both challenging and daunting at the same time.

Marcus and Ben held our hands throughout the mortgage process and went above and beyond! We had a mortgage approved on one property, which we moved away from, and their knowledge and relationships meant we could quickly move on and not miss out on a second property which we loved (and bought!!!).
I’m sure we kept them both on their toes, but they never had a bad word to say, were understanding, professional, optimistic, and were always on the phone when we needed them.

Marcus from Your Finance Today looked after us brilliantly at every step of our mortgage journey. He clearly explained the options available to us, answered all our questions no matter how small or stupid and was calm and efficient - even when we weren't! He found us a great deal with a major high street lender which we were very happy with. I was concerned due to being self employed but this was no issue for Marcus to manage.

We had some twists and turns along the way to purchasing our new build home with the sale of our property falling through, but at every point Marcus was there to guide and reassure us through the trickier moments.

Marcus' customer service skills are second to none. His preferred method of contact is phone rather than email and we received regular phone call updates throughout the process of getting a mortgage. He is polite, knowledgeable and super efficient. We genuinely have not received such great customer service before and he makes you feel like you are the most important customer ever. We also got a better mortgage with a lower interest rate that was originally offered to us by the comparison site!
