These comments refer to ease of return and refund on goods which didn’t fit.
As I had a query about returning the goods, I phoned the Monkstown branch and got such helpful advice that I would have no fears about requesting a refund in the future.
Generally, I am totally satisfied when shopping online with Renaissance.

I have shopped in Renaissance Clontarf on several occasions and love their clothes. I recently ordered new sneakers from their website and received my order within 2 days. There was a lovely handwritten note in the box thanking me for my order. Fantastic service.

Bought this beautiful dress as a birthday gift for my friend, knew the colour and style would suit her. When I explained to Lora that I needed it in a hurry, she delivered it personally the next day.

Size medium, I was advised by one of the girls to go for a size small... I’m glad I listened!!!
Go down a size as it is over sized. Sleeves are a little short.
