Renovate with Reno Ltd Reviews 

I’ve been using Reno for over a year now and it’s been incredibly helpful in communicating our ground floor renovation plans with various suppliers, all of whom have said how helpful it is to see detailed plans like this. But equally it’s so easy to use as a consumer, so you don’t need any training as with other softwares. What I also really like about it is that it’s constantly being updated and improved with new items and ideas. I’m looking forward to continuing to use it for my ongoing projects!

Great software backed by great support

As an interior designer this app has transformed the way I can present to clients, and also work out floor plans. It is incredibly easy to use and the variety of furniture, fixtures and fittings means I can detail my clients accurately. the team who run it are easy to contact and help problem solve and build a relationship with their users. Couldn't recommend it enough!

This is really an excellent service for an interior designer. If you are thinking of buying and training yourself up on SketchUp, save your time and money and get this instead. It is very easy to learn and reminds me of Canva, where you can simply drag, drop and resize until you have exactly what you want. Within a short time you feel confident using it, which makes it ideal for anyone who does not want to spend hours learning complicated software.

The owners are clearly invested in making this the best possible tool. They take feedback seriously and you can see how they keep improving things to make the experience even smoother. That in itself gives me a lot of confidence because it feels like a product that is always evolving in response to its users.

It is excellent value for money and the quality of the output is fantastic for clients. It looks professional, saves me time, and has genuinely improved the way I work.

We're total novices when it comes to renovating so the reno app really helped us to visualise what we wanted to do and all the various things that we need to think about. There is a very comprehensive catalogue of items, many of which we'd not heard of before, so being able to have that steer was super helpful in decision making. As well as being a very useful tool with our bathroom fitter, we found it was really useful to communicate what we meant with each other!! We're now feeling a lot braver about renovating :) Thanks team for a very easy to use app, and for being on hand when needed.

Reno is a fantastic tool to design, plan and communicate renovation projects. I LOVE it. We are planning for a bathroom renovation and Reno helped us map many layout options, look at wall elevations and design a new bathroom that we love. It's giving you full control on decisions, and by sharing your ideas/plans with your builder, it makes it so much easier to ensure no surprises or misunderstanding. The catalog of objects is amazing, the team is very responsive, and I particularly enjoyed being able to try out tiles/colours to get a feeling for how it will look at the end. The AI photo generator is super cool.
Great tool, and worth the price - it will save you money and trouble which is priceless for renovation projects.

I subscribed to the Pro account, however this has very limited features, crucially not being able to upload plans and generating 3d images. For the price that is being charged this is a significant shortfall. The "help" speech bubble does not actually bring up any "help" and the email address for correspondences comes back with "could not deliver mail". Not a sustainable business, avoid.

I guess I feel about Reno the way I feel about Apple products. It’s intuitive. The interface is simple. The user experience is a joy. It’s almost a shame it’s not a physical product because I’m sure the packaging would be stunning.

A brilliant new piece of software with fantastic real-time support and updates. We are currently extending and renovating a whole house and this is perfect for planning all rooms exactly how we want them. Any items not already listed are quickly added to the menu on request and they are great at helping with anything technical I'm not sure of how to do. So excited to get the whole project going.

I’m addicted! A huge thank you to Callum and the Reno team—Reno has massively helped me overcome the longstanding creative block I had when it came to drawing our room layouts. Before Reno we had received some excellent ideas from professionals, but Reno has finally made it possible and genuinely enjoyable for me to translate our exact measurements and ideas into usable plans we can share with our tradespeople. With no prior experience in renovation—let alone a project of this scale—I had been stuck in project paralysis since we bought the house 4 years ago. Reno has reignited my creativity! No more overwhelm (for now!). Thank you again!

Great basic software for space planning! Great communication with the team to troubleshoot and requests for additions

So easy to use and great customer service

If you want a tool to help you with room layouts, this is fantastic! Really easy to use, move stuff around, and see your design in plan and elevation views. There’s also loads of tips and advice which I haven’t dug into yet but it’s already worth the money... recommend!

We discovered Reno after going through the architectural stage of our house renovation project and it was an absolute game changer for us. The features allowed us to play with designs and how the space in each room could work best. Being people that work best using visual images but don't have any architectural or design background it was perfect for us to use to talk and show our builder the ideas we had
Once we landed on the designs we were able to share them with the builder for him to use during the project. That way there were no mixed messages and it was clear what the outcome should be, we regularly used the app during site visits to talk through plans

Having been a interior fiend for years and working in the industry I have been looking for a design planner to show friends and clients what their spaces could achieve with a little adjustment rather than a full blown extension. This fits the bill and is easy to use. Hopefully they will add other rooms to enable us to show the whole house.
