Was able to view a room and settle in a room close to all amenities. Rent a room staff was friendly and accommodating.i have settled well.In a room with my own en suite

Total scam
I’ve paid £1 for the trial (twice, I was overcharged) then since I didn’t cancel my 7-day trial it automatically converted my account into premium and took me £9.99. Since I didn’t have money on that account the payment didn’t go through so I went to the website myself and paid directly (as they kept on sending me emails about it and attempted several times in a day to take the payment). After I made the payment myself, I still received text messages and emails demanding a payment (?) and received notifications on my bank account that they were still trying to take the money (days after I’ve paid) which they actually took making the payment £19.98 overall. I’ve cancelled my subscription 2 days after the 7-day trial. Paid the premium amount myself on the same day I canceled the subscription and on the same day as well they took my money again! This happened almost a month ago, now tell me why they are still coming back to my bank account to retrieve £9.99 from a subscription that has been cancelled??? I’ve already deleted the account and every day I receive notifications that they’re trying to take the money…..

Absolutely scam
They set prices that make your eyes light up, but to contact the agent you need to pay a subscription, and after paying and being redirected to the agent's website, the price is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT and MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE. Total scam.

Unhappy with email threats.
Unhappy with email threats if you cancel and don't pay after the 7 day trail but within the legal UK 14 day cool off period. There is no pro rata payment option and this goes against the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where you have a legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period starting from when a paid contract begins.
