Renting the Ferrari 812 GTS was an absolute dream, and the service was nothing short of spectacular. The car was delivered in pristine condition, looking and sounding exactly as a V12 masterpiece should. I was also incredibly impressed by the offer, which provided excellent value for such a high-caliber vehicle. Throughout the process, the staff remained super responsive and handled every detail with professional ease. Their passion for cars is evident, making the entire rental experience seamless and stress-free. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back for my next trip.

I rented a green Audi RS3 in Nice this August. The car was new and in perfect condition
The process of getting the car took me only 5 minutes. It was delivered right to the exit of my terminal and I returned it just as easily, right at the entrance. Top-level service, I highly recommend it and will gladly use them again!

I rented a Mercedes CLE300 - GZ 868MT - from RENT LUX CAR.
They handed me the car in Rome claiming everything was in perfect condition. The moment I started driving south, the safety systems began failing, lane assist, automatic braking, etc, all malfunctioning.

As I was on my honeymoon, I didn’t want unnecessary stress, but they did absolutely nothing, not even offered a replacement vehicle.

To make things worse, at the end of the rental they fabricated false damage claims and tried to deduct money from my deposit. I lost hours proving there was no damage at all, and only after I threatened legal action did they back down and admit that I had caused no damage whatsoever.

If you want problems, lies, and frustration, then by all means rent from RENT LUX CAR.
Otherwise, stay away.

I rented a car with them in Athens, Greece. I was communicating with Lamar and Veronika, both of which were very professional and quick in their responses, same for the employees of the Athens department. Overall everything went smoothly with no unpleasant surprises, I recommend them and would definitely book with them again!

Very good car and responsive service

I've driven G-Wagens before, but this one felt special. Pickup was at Naples airport and went like clockwork, they gave some tips for scenic routes too, which I appreciated. Return was at a different location - no extra fuss.

Very simple process, fast and supportive engagement over what’s app, timely delivery of the car and flexible on collection. Car was clean, well maintained and a great drive.

I had a wonderful experience with this car rental company during my vacation in Paris. The communication was incredibly fast and efficient — they responded to all my questions immediately and did their best to help with every request. I truly appreciated their friendly and flexible approach. I’m so glad I chose this company, and I will definitely use their services again in the future. Highly recommended!

Met the delivery team outside Milan Cental Station - car was already parked and prepped. I rented a G-Class and it drove like new. Return was fast too, just dropped keys at the hotel desk, these guys made it too easy.

Today is 20.09.2025 and I am updating my review and rating.
After my previous feedback, we were finally contacted by a senior manager. Mr. Yuri reached out to us directly, personally organized the search for our wireless earphones (which were successfully found!) and arranged their delivery. He also did everything possible to resolve the financial aspects of the conflict in a fair way.

We are sincerely grateful that, even though it took some time, the manager personally took responsibility and ensured that all problems were properly addressed.

For this reason, we have updated our rating to 4 stars — and would be glad to raise it to 5 if such level of service continues in the future.

Unfortunately, we encountered two issues during our recent rental experience.

First, there was a scratch on one of the wheels, which we informed your team about in advance and even shared a video. We were told that the amount to be deducted from the deposit would be estimated before the return of the car. However, this did not happen.

When we brought the car back, we were assured that the scratch was minor and that the deduction would not exceed €200. But since we were about to fly out, we were then told that the final amount would be determined after inspection by a specialist. Later, we were presented with a charge of €800 for the damage, without any opportunity for discussion. Our requests to speak with a senior manager were ignored. In the end, we were given a “discount” of €50.

Second, we accidentally left a pair of wireless earphones in the car. While they were still charged, we could see their location via tracking — at the service center, which we understand is where the car was taken for damage assessment. We showed the tracking screenshot to the manager, who promised to pass the information on. However, we were later told that the earphones were "not found."

We have no complaints about the vehicle itself, but we are very disappointed with how these situations were handled.
