While needing Rentokil is never a good thing I could not be happier with the service I received. Akos Sarkady, the tehnician, was a pleasure to deal with. He was punctual, communicative and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the property and provide practical advice on steps I could take. I felt incredibly supported and Akos truly cares for his clients and the environment and work he carries out. Of course I hope I never need to use the service again but if I did would feel confident in using Rentokil and would hope to receive the same technician. Thank you for all your work and support.

Sean was so efficient, and talked us through each stage leading to eradicating the wasp nest. He explained the reasoning behind each action, and it is obvious that he has great knowledge about the way they should be carried out, and that he loves his job

This is our second occasion calling Rentokil. The first, in 2024, was a request to clear a wasp nest in the eaves which was successful.
This year, another nest in the eaves prompted us to call Rentokil again. We paid the €199 fee upfront. Unfortunately, after three attempts, the Rentokil agent was unable to
solve the problem and we requested a refund. Several weeks down the line and no refund is forthcoming from Rentokil and follow up phone calls and emails remain unanswered.
Very disappointing, to say the least...

Rentokil responded quickly to a recent problem we had with a pest. The technician they sent, Akos Sarkady, was very professional and pleasant. The service was non-intrusive and very thorough, returning to our property twice more over the following weeks to make sure the problem was dealt with fully.

It was my first time using the service. Very happy with the result.

Overall the service was excellent. I had a wasps’ nest in my attic. I phoned Rentokil on Tuesday evening - the person I spoke to was very helpful, she explained exactly what would happen. On Wednesday morning Otto rang & said he could call out on Wednesday afternoon. He called & dealt with the nest. He was very professional, friendly & reassuring. I have called Rentokil for wasps’ nests twice before, I would highly recommend them.

400 euro to throw a few blocks of poison around, promised hed return but didn't. Cowboys avoid 👎

In University hospital Kerry we have rentokill rep on site once a month, he is always checking in to make sure we are keeping within all policies. Then as we are in a hospital we come across out of hours visits at short notice we require rentokill a phone call and we have the rep on site without any delay. The rep is always courteous will always mention its a hospital we give this priority.

I can’t recommend Akos Sarkady highly enough.
From start to finish, he was exceptionally professional, friendly and knowledgeable. 
He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing, and not only resolved the immediate issue but also provided valuable advice to help prevent future problems. 
His approach made the whole process completely stress-free.
