Alex Kovacs is exceptionally conscientious in his tasks, arriving on time every time, and his feedback is correct, fast and informative. I am grateful to him for the fantastic cooperation.

We had some noises that sounded like they were coming from our wall and ceiling in a house we recently bought. Although there turned out to be no pests in the house the activity tracking gave us great peace of mind. Our technician Akos Sarkady was very thorough and took his time to check all throughout the house and garden and gave a thorough list of recommendations to prevent rodents getting in in the future. He was very friendly and left no mess in the house and provided a great service.

I engaged with rentokil to address a problem I had with rodents externally and internally. From start to finish their professionalism and commitment to getting the job done has been unwavering. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their personnel are experienced, dedicated and knowledgeable and I must particularly commend and thank Sorcha Foy on her dedication, professionalism and friendly attitude to a job which has not been straightforward by any means. Dealing with her and her team has given me peace of mind above and beyond my expectations. If you need a job done, they are on the other end of the phone and will attend to issues promptly and professionally, no matter how great or small.

Great professional service from Louise. Taking time to reassure my elderly mother and special needs adult brother.
A brick was missing from the chimney brace in the attic and my mum had no-one to replace it. Louise returned the next day with her neighbour in her own time, and her neighbour bricked up and sealed the hole. An unreal professional service.

I had a terrible rodent problem in my car recently, and George from Rentokil was a lifesaver. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the treatment process clearly. He was also very thorough and made sure the problem was completely resolved. I'm so grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with a similar issue.

I had written how dissatisfied and disappointed from the experience, but ive editedbit below. I rang John in the office who told me for €608 there will be 3 visits, the first to assess for rat activity and to put a tracer that will trace any rat activity and access points and put down bait, the second visit is to find any new rat activity and to block the access points and the third visit is to check there they are gone. I needed to pay this before the visits. I was happy with this. The technician arrived and I told him wh where the noise was coming from and he found a hole and put down rat bait and trap. He said the bait was pet friendly. The second visit comprised of the technician finding the dead rat and putting down new trap and bait. When I asked him about blocking the hole he said they only block small ones, not big ones like these. When I rang John he said never in his 20 years of being on the job has he ever said they block the access points. Then he said, well we do, but at an extra cost. So I got the number of Matisse who came out the following week, I wanted the two guys to visit together as Matisse said you only block up the access point after the third intervention because if a rat is trapped in a house that's when they cause the most destruction. I told Matisse we didn't look behind the washing machine and he kindly pulled it out, to find a big hole behind it. He then said this will need to be looked at by the home care team and they won't be available till the week after next for a free assessment but it will cost thousands. I asked him how long after that will I be waiting for them to actually block up the holes and he said he didn't know. In a panic I went to the local hardware store who gave me the number of a local Handyman, Shane who came out with a guy the next morning and within 30 mins they blocked the holes from the inside and outside, and used mesh to ensure no further invasion and it only cost me €120! He also said be careful with the rat bait around your dog, there's poison in that. 2 days later my dog became violently ill and I brought her to the vet, who gave her Vit K to counteract any rat poison, anti nausea and antibiotics. She is coming around but still very weak. Of course I can't prove any direct link from her illness to the rat bait and thankfully she is doing great now. In fairness Thomaa contacted me and apologised saying this does not normally happen, he carried out a full inspection of the area and future proofed it against further rat invasions, as far S you can do. Thanks for that Thomas ,Marisse and team.

We had an issue with mice and the Rentokil technician Silpatrick was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely efficient, professional and friendly. He explained to us what he was doing and why (very comforting for us). If this is the caliber of all RentoKil technicians, then I would highly recommend Rentokil.

I had an issue in a property with flies late November. I called Rentokil and within hours Darren called me to make an appointment. He came assessed gave me options. The property was fumigated 3 times over following three weeks by a technician. Darren kept in touch and was very responsive such that one evening late I texted him and he responded almost immediately. Always responsive. While not cheap. Great service. Darren is top class a credit to Rentokil and an example to others on customer service

Really professional service

Mariette Gasparova was an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate person who helped us out with quite a bad infestation. I cannot recommend her enough.

I contacted rentokill as I had see pest activity at the end of my garden . I was informed if I saw one rodent their more than likely were several so I panicked and agreed to the package that was suggested which cost nearly 500 euro including first call out in 24hrs . This didn't happen but eventually when an agent call and my wife explained our fears , he just laughed and said their more afraid of you than you are of them she told him she was afraid to even open the windows for fresh air again he laughed and said rodents don't have wings . He then proceeded to put bait boxes all over the interior of our house which we did not wat but he said we charged you for them anyway. After spending 10 mins at our property he stated he would return the following Wed or Thurs. I decided to make sure I was present as he did nothing we requested but that was 3 weeks ago and no correspondence from rentokill even though I have emailed them. 1 star rating is unfortunately the lowest I could give after what I consider a rip off

Fantastic service. Eoin couldn't have been more professional. His customer service skills, follow-up and resolution couldn't have been any better.

I'd recommend Rentokill in general and Eoin in particular any time.

This is the second time I’ve used Rentokill and both times the service has been exemplary. From initial phone call to final visit, I felt like the problem was being throughly investigated and dealt with. A special mention must go to Stephen who was always punctual, thorough and reassuring.

We had a carpet moth problem. Eoin Donnellan from Rentokil provided a great service. He was helpful and patient ahead of the visit, answering questions and many phone calls. We were concerned because we have a few allergy issues in our household. Eoin reassured us and tailored the service to accommodate our situation. The first visit was thorough and professional. Eoin went through the house room by room in preparation and afterwards followed up with a detailed written report. I would recommend Eoin Donnellan and Rentokil.

I’ve been a Rentokil customer for over a year, initially to deal with a mouse in the house, and now for routine pest control around the exterior of my home. The service has been outstanding, especially thanks to Alex Kovacs, who has been exceptional throughout.

Alex provides amazing communication both before and after each visit, ensuring I know exactly what’s happening and what to expect. His timing is always perfect, and when I spotted some unwelcome visitors, he was quick to return and adjust the measures in place.
