horrible dishonest thief liars

On April 20, 2026 I order RenuGlyco BloodOptimizer. It was advertised $23.99 for 2 bottles for a total of $47.98. Instead they charged my credit card $159.00. I called immediately - before even receiving the product - to cancel once I saw the unapproved charge. They said it was impossible to cancel, and I would have to return once I received. I received the product, paid for the tracking and sent back. I called and confirmed they received the package and they had not refunded my card. They then said there was a $30 restocking fee for 3 bottles they sent vs the 2 I ordered. I vehemently declined telling them I did not open the product, I was told I would received a full refund when I tried to cancel. Then they offered to refund 60% of the order. I declined. This is a scam. I am taking up with credit card company.

What a true scam!! When you place one order you are automatically put on a subscription list and the supplement arrives in your mail box. When called they will cancel for you but that shipment has already been billed to your credit card! NO MORE FACEBOOK ORDERS FOR ME!!!

This company took more money out of my account then they should have. I received the product with no good results. Luckily I was able to get some of my money back into my account because I was always charged by $150. This company is not trustworthy did you not waste your time how can I send it

What a fraud! Was advertised to help me quit smoking! Nothing of the sort said that on 6 bottle sent to me which I did NOT ORDER! AND the advertisement said order now on this special one time deal for only $35.99!! Ha! $200.00 was taken from my bank account twice now!! You are breaking me! I want full refund! I have now hired lawyer and contacted my state representative to contact your state rep! You will be shut down for good. Im not letting this go!! Too many people are getting fooled!!
UPDATE: They refused to give me full refund but I was able to get a partial refund on the second $200.00 charge, which is better than nothing. I also was able to cancel whole account as they send 6 bottles monthly at $200.00!
If they had refused, I had already changed all my banking information anyway so they were not getting another penny from me at all.

I have tried to get my money back for this fraudulent company, but they have my bank account info not just my debit card and they keep pulling money out of my account. I'm so mad about this, they are definitely. a fraudulent company don't deal with them at all. They stressed how it would help with my wife's COPD, but not one place do I see that it helps with this. False hope

Hello fellow suckers! Same scenario, My life long friend is dying from COPD. I saw Snoop advertising a cure, It took a half hour to order. I provided my personal and account information and my friends mailing address. My friend was confused when she received 7 bottles of blood and gut support. I had her mail it to me and i'm in the process of receiving a refund from Renu Glyco.

The Customer support a joke, hard to understand, following a script and speaking over the top of my questions. I made it clear I ordered and paid for a product for COPD under $40.00 I received 7 bottles of something else and was charged $149.85.
Response was if I return the product and pay shipping and if they received it within 3-5 days I would receive a partial refund.
I refused, "I will not pay another dime" and asked for a supervisor(#1)
Unavailable. Then the tactic changed, $45 credit if I return the product and pay shipping . Again I asked for a supervisor(#2)
Unavailable. Asked why I needed a supervisor. Simple, I did not receive what I ordered and was charged 4x the amount. So they offer $75.00 and I could keep the product. Again I ask for supervisor (#3).
No supervisor, "someone call you with a day" or today or some day, it was hard to understand. If this was legit it would not be this difficult.

Hey Snoop, I don't get taken in by this crap but I know you have suffer with similar health issues and the fact it was you representing was my guarantee. Brother they are tarnishing your reputation. To be continued....

After I watch the long long video, I swear that you said you could fix COPD? Now I get the pills it doesn't say anything about fixing COPD so what did you do, what did you tell me some crap that's not what I wanted? I'd like to get my money back I've only take it in for like 20 days but I still know COPD relief which is what I was told in the video I would get?

I ordered some of your Renu glyco on website and it didn't state in any way this was a monthly process. I am looking for the payment that was. Taken from my account. If I don't receive I will contact authorities. I have not received product again and do. Not want to. Sincerely carolen Bumps

Like others I was duped. It was supposed to be $50 and they charged me $100. The ad I had seen had Tom Selleck and Sam Elliott. It was supposed to help with COPD symptoms...then I find out it's for sugar regulation.
I would give it no stars if I could.
I won't recommend this to anyone for any reason the fake A.I. ad, the wrong charge, and dubious business practice have sealed their fate with me...and anyone I know.

I was lowered in and scammed by this company with Elon musk AI generated video on Facebook.

At the time I thought it was real I purchased was was supposed to be by one bottle at 50 dollars and 88 cents and get one free then they charged me $101.76.

Soon as I found out the videos fake I contacted them and asked him to cancel the order and they couldn't because that's how it always goes with scammers it's already sent out it's sent out immediately when it wasn't.
They bill it through your bank as GREEN SKY NUTRITION
I SENT HIM SEVERAL EMAILS REGARDING DOUBLE CHARGING ME AND THEY CAME UP WITH THE OH WELL NO IT WAS $50.88 FOR EACH BOTTLE AND THEN I SENT A REPLY SAYING WELL WHAT'S FREE THEN AND THEN THEY OFFERED ME A $51 REFUND AND KEEP THE PRODUCT AND OBVIOUSLY I SAID NO WAY IF YOU GOT TO USE AN AI GENERATED ELON MUSK VIDEO TO GET PEOPLE TO BUY YOUR PRODUCT WHO KNOWS WHAT'S INSIDE OF THEM AND OBVIOUSLY YOU DON'T HAVE VERY MUCH INTEGRITY AS A COMPANY TO DO IT BUT YOU DON'T REALLY BELIEVE IN YOUR OWN PRODUCT OBVIOUSLY OR YOU WOULDN'T NEED TO USE A FAKE VIDEO TO LURE CUSTOMERS IN.

I FOUND THEIR PROTOCOL I PAID SENT THE ITEM BACK THE PRODUCT BACK 5-DAY DELIVERY USPS IT WAS RECEIVED ON APRIL 28TH I DIDN'T EVEN OPEN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE AND I STILL HAVEN'T GOT ANY REFUND.

I CONTACTED HIM TODAY AGAIN HOPEFULLY I'LL HEAR SOMETHING BACK BUT BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

Ordered based on health benefit promises. Product showed up in mailbox. Attempted several calls which were disconnected. Email does not work. Finally got thru and told them we wanted to return based on their 100% no questions asked policy. They would not give us a return address. Looks to us that we have a huge marketing deal with no integrity to back up advertised claims.

Have since heard from the company, issued an RMA and we have returned the product. They have indicated they would refund 100% of the money. If that is true we would adjust to 3 stars.

At the end of the day they fulfilled their promise to refund the money and we have received a credit to the card used. Based on their final actions We would adjust the start to neutral, say 3.

The ad was AI generated and lied. Elon Musk had nothing to do with this product . I was stupid to fall for this . I will never pay them for their fake product.

The commercial on social media promoting this product used Elon Musk as a creator, I was sold! After researching I cannot link him to this product whatsoever. I bought two bottles but yet it was charged $199 one time and $29 another time.

They somenhow ordered 3 of one product and 2 of another approximately $250 via paypal ehich i have not belonged to in yearsxonve a scammer emptied my account.

I think I got scammed because this was an ad by someone I thought was reliable and it orally said this product was different than what I am reading here. I have spinal stenosis and stomach issues. They were both mentioned on the site where I purchased the product. Now I think it must have been an AI ad and I am very disappointed. I just received the product today and it had a return guarantee. I will try for a month and see if it helps. I do not have any blood problems and surely don't need to lose any weight. I actually listed to the very long video and hope I wasn't lead astray.
