I attempted to place an order should’ve been delivered by the post office, which I did not receive I’ve been called Renu Herbs, Customer Service and they said that I needed to send an alternate address in the city where I live later, realized that it was being sent to a different state altogether, I don’t know what they’re doing, but somebody there is not handling their business cause I finally you can’t ever get anybody to answer the phone. The line is always busy when I finally did get someone. The lady had a nerve to say I’m gonna go ahead and refund because you’re very upset. Yes I am if I’m paying money and I can’t get an order who wouldn’t be really come on.

This rating is for shipping. I placed an order on November 29 of 2025. I have received one of the items only after continually harassing they make promises and don’t keep them. They don’t even contact you when they say they were. Still not sure if I’ll ever get my order. I will need to call my credit card company to have them to get involved. if they want their products to sell they need to do better. 

My rating is for shipping service, shipping service which is already slow, but it took me almost a month to receive my last order. Ordered some products on Nov. 23rd.
Called on Dec 12th, inquiring about my order and was quickly asked with a tone in their voice do I want a refund.
I stated that I wanted the products that I ordered on Nov. 23rd.
I was then told that my products just came in and they would ship out in about a day.
I did not receive the products until 8 days later on December 20th. The website states that you will receive your products in 3 - 10 days. It took me. I was refunded my shipping but that has nothing to do with the length of time it took me to receive the products I ordered.

I ordered the trio bundle and added an extra $20 to expedite shipping. The ad stated if ordered before 11am central standard time I would have my order within 2 to 4 days and that was April 10th. Hete we are on April 15 and I've yet to receive my product. So be weiry, I've emailed them with no response. So if I could have give less than 1 star I would have
