Fast and easy. Great.

Fast, easy, affordable and received the entire repair manual for my vehicle that I was not able to find with any other company!! Initially I was having trouble downloading but was able to reach out to their customer service email and they promptly responded and assisted me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This is a fraudulent company.
After I paid, they provided a download link that just contains a PDF file with instructions to email them more car information (VIN#) in order to get the manual. but they never respond.

I ordered my manual 24 hours ago. Instead of a file that contained my manual I was sent a file that upon opening just asked me to email them and ask for my manual. I have emailed them repeatedly and there has been no response. They sent me a recite for the money they took but no manual. Their customer service line is busy every time I attempt to call. I will be reporting this as a fraudulent transaction and finding a new company.

TL;DR eventually received order on 23rd day after no reply to e-mail or Skype for 22 days. Actual manual was very high quality, better than anywhere else I had got it from: had both the huge (indexed) single PDF as well as a .zip with the file broken down individually and all in colour.

Details (mostly from original review until points 7/8):

1. Placed order for BMW F82 M4 manual.

2. Immediately received an order confirmation and receipt e-mails.

3. Downloaded a .zip file that included instructions asking me to e-mail my VIN to a different e-mail address, which I did on the same day.

4. Three days after order I received an e-mail "Your ... order is now complete". It's not true. The download link in that e-mail took me to the same original .zip asking me to e-mail my VIN.

5. Three days after order I sent a message via Skype to the contact in the .zip instructions. Never received a response.

6. Nine days after the order I replied to the "Your ... order is now complete" e-mail explaining that I hadn't received what I ordered.

7. 14 days after the order I gave up and asked my credit card company to reverse the charge. Also wrote this Trust Pilot review. Fortunately the cc card rejected my claim - it needed to be at least 15 days - because...

8. 22 days after the order I received an e-mail to say that the order had been sent via Dropbox and to check my spam. I certainly hadn't received anything, checked spam and all folders. Replied saying so.

9. 23 days after the order I received both a reply to that e-mail and an e-mail from "Dropbox Transfer" within minutes of each other.

I tried to be patient wondering if the seller was on holiday or something. Gave up once and had forgotten to chase credit card company, was very surprised and relieved to eventually receive the manual.

Super service and communications. Audi A8l 2018 manual was oem and full.

Great company got my Volkswagen manual in minutes.

I was pretty steamed when it took several days to receive the manual but eventually got the download in an email that apologized for the delay and explained that it was a family emergency. The file looks good after a quick perusal.

Brandon is very professional, honest and helpful. He will talk to you about the problem and he will fix the problem fast. He does what he says he will do and I will be using them for all my auto needs in the future!
