Wrong size, but dispatched and refunded very promptly
Bought a drag strap that didn’t end up fitting me, but it was sent out and then refunded promptly nonetheless. Good shopping experience.

Advertised a product they do not have
They advertised a product they do not have so I bought it to then be sent the refund days later with the explanation that they do not have the product. No problem with the refund but an utter waste of time
