Hi James, you placed your order on the 5th Jan. International orders take up to 14 days normally, but as stated on the website, things are taking longer due to Covid...but as you only ordered 8 days ago, I think its unfair to rate us 1 star, what do you want us to do?....you do realise we are a UK business?

Great value, fast and easy.
Brought great pair of high quality resistance bands for a decent value. Other places charge about £120 for a decent set where Repel Bullies sell them about £90. Strong bands as well, haven't had an issue with them so far. Seems to hold tons of tension as well.

Impressed again........
This is the second time I have purchased from Repel Bullies. Both times I was more than impressed with the speed of arrival of the items. Communication is great also with an email to say that your item is on the way. This time I purchased the deadlift strap and found it to be a very good item, great for variety in back training. Previously I had purchased the Spud Inc. belt squat belt and have been really impressed with that too. Overall, a really good company, who provide great products, fast delivery and good comms. What’s not to love? Highly recommended. Check them out. Regards.

I would write a better review if I would have a reply from this company.I replied to three different times on when is my product arriving, is there a tracking number, and where is it now. Did it leave the factory?? And no response or reply!

Having looked into this, It looks like you previously replied to our automated review email, these e-mails do not come through to us in the office. We have however seen your e-mail this morning, and have replied. Hopefully, this matter can be resolved swiftly. We can assure you your order would have been shipped out within 24hrs (unless the order was placed on Friday evening), and we include a tracking link in the confirmation email we send out when an order is fulfilled.
