This coaching experience has been second to none. I have been a part of other programs with the same price tag, that literally took my money and ran...no real support, and didn't care if you succeeded or not. ✨ My Experience with REPP (Real Estate Photographer Pro)

From day one, REPP impressed me with how intentional their process is. Before you even begin, they make sure both sides are the right fit — you’re vetting them just as much as they’re vetting you. That alone tells you this isn’t your typical “sign up and figure it out later” kind of program.

When one has zero equipment, it's a significant investment. It's faster paced than what I thought it would be, 6 months goes by so quickly! It was a lot to learn for someone with no experience.

I wish that I had taken more opportunities with our 1 on 1 calls with our coach Aryana. She was very helpful when we did have those 1 on 1 calls.
All in all, worthwhile program.

Funny how we often think we can do something ourselves but quickly find out we aren't emotionally mature enough to really handle it all on our own until we get set up with a coach through REPP who keeps you on track, grows you with guidance, holds you accountable, won't let you give up on yourself, sets you up for success, substitutes your negative words for positive ones, and honestly digs in deep with you. Not to mention the community calls REPP provides that you can struggle with together! I learned so much on these calls, they answered all of my questions and pushed me through some business struggles for sure.
Starting a new business is only half the battle, it's the journey that follows the launch that can trip us up and set us back from success!
I can honestly say with confidence I am now a "Business Owner" because of REPP coaching. I now have the confidence to use the skills I have developed over the last 6 months to pursue my dream. We've been with the Real Estate Photographer Pro group for a couple of years now. We started with them in 2023 when Eli was still promoting his Real Estate Photography Online Course, which isn't available anymore but was amazing.

With the course alone we were able to grow our business to a 6 figure company over the next 14 months.

Eli has a great way of explaining things in detail so anyone can understand them. He and his team are super knowledgeable in tons of different aspects other than REP too.

About midway through this year we decided it was time to level up our business. We had a couple $20k months and knew it was time to hire. Up to this point we did a pretty good job at not messing things up too badly and didn't want to break that streak!

We knew that REPP had transitioned from selling the Photography course to providing Coaching only, so we reached out to the team directly to get more info.

Our first call with their discovery team was amazing. Aaron answered every question and more and really helped me realize the true value in coaching.

Once we decided to move forward we were onboarded with the other Aaron (Eli's bro), evaluated our C.O.S.T. analysis and placed with a coach. I never knew that I could be so excited to give anyone such a significant amount of $$$ but I really love these guys and we haven't regretting anything yet.

During our onboarding process Aaron paired us with our Coach, Jon.

Coach Jon is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and is a rock star in his own business. With his guidance we've really been able to fine tune our business in such a way that we're having more fun doing what we do than we ever have in our lives!

Thanks to Coach Jon, Eli, Aaron and the rest of the REPP team we just ended September with a record breaking month!

On top of all that we're utilizing their REPP Talent service to hire our first photographer as well as our QC VA since we're getting so busy my wife can't keep up anymore!

Repp Talent is another amazing service all on it's own. Leesa has been absolutely amazing and we know we're in good hands! Not to mention we are completely HANDS OFF while they weed through all the resumes until they have the top 3 candidates for us to do final interviews with. Did I say AMAZING!?

Our story may not be as flashy as some of the overnight success stories you may hear or see. We are in a small market so it took some effort to get the snowball rolling down hill.

But if our story proves anything it proves two things: One - that their process works and if you trust it and follow it to the T you will be successful as the rest of us have. And two - Slow and steady always wins the race.

I joined REPP Coaching in June of 2024 as a Launch Student. Through the support and coaching I received I was able to grow my business from 0-$6700. After completing Launch I joined FRWRD and grew my business to a $21,500. I went from doing it all myself to hiring a VA and a part time photographer and that has allowed me to grow the business even further. Today is the last day of my REPP program. I am so grateful to have learned everything that I learned. I feel it was worth the investment. There is a financial investment, however, it’s much less expensive that franchising a business and a build out, and REPP makes it doable. Eli & team have been there & done that and use their expertise & experience to help the new real estate photographer navigate & prepare well. We are grateful!!

This course was incredible! The setup steps alone were worth half the cost, it’s all laid out so clearly that you just follow along and get it done. It’s not complicated, just takes time and commitment. You don’t need to be available 9–5 every day, but having good availability to do 1–2 shoots during that window will make things much easier. Eli and his team truly care and go above and beyond to help. I’d highly recommend this to anyone on the fence, and I’ll definitely be signing up for more of their services!

REPP has been massive for our business. I started out with the course when it felt like a big investment, but quickly found out that I was getting a return beyond anything I had imagined. Now I do coaching every year and even with a much higher price tag, it has been worth every penny.
