Use with caution, editing for light and quality is poor. Video delivered in worse state than given.
Quoted $39/hour, expected higher quality.

I expected for a delivery to be made same day but they delivered it next day.

I’ve always found editing to be a stressful and time-consuming process, but these guys have done a pretty decent job so far. That being said, Steven did make a typo in one of the videos, which was a bit disappointing. On the bright side, the app itself is very user-friendly and makes the whole process much smoother, so I appreciate the convenience it offers.

Replayed has completely changed the way I approach content creation. Before working with them, I was stuck in a rut trying to do everything myself, and it was holding my channel back as I kept feeling burnt out. Their team didn't just edit my videos; they elevated my entire brand. It feels like they're not just a service but a true partner in my creative journey, nothing like I've ever experienced with any other editor or company, they don't feel like an agency which is great as I don't like that.

BRRRRRRRRRRRILIANT! I thought my footage was TRASH, but the team especially Barry I love him fkin funny guy 😂turned it into something AWESOME. Seriously, the video is so good I've watched it like 10 times already ahhahahah. The editing was point, and they stayed within my budget, big ups. Can't wait to use them again when my channel starts popping off 10/10.

Fast reliable good price hits the spot just right

TLDR at the end. I am a self-taught YouTuber, I use a free editing program, and I have 1 semester of high school TV class as experience. I went to them hoping that as professionals they'd get an episode done better and faster than I could. They gave me a great quote and everything seemed great at first.

I gave them raw footage for an episode and even an example of a past episode so he could get the vibe. There was NO communication from the editor. I didn't want to micro-manage so I let him do his thing. I stated that my videos were 10-15 minutes long. What I got back was 19 minutes long. He left in raw footage background music which competed with the sleepy music he chose. He left in moments when I was CLEARLY adjusting the camera (filming, zooming in, zooming out, filming the sidewalk while I made said camera adjustments). He claims he thought these were "transition moments...." He left in 10-second shots of birds that were meant as B-role and filler.

I had to go scene by scene and hand-hold this professional by saying, "Start here," and "End here." No effort was made to arrange the slides in a cohesive story-telling manner. In the end, he "made the changes I described" So basically I edited the video verbally and he turned off his brain and just did what I said.

When I complained about this, they defended the editor. My original budget for an episode was $125 (they had quoted me $25 and hour) and I felt like I could get this done in 5 hours so they could as well...they came back with a $200+ bill and a claim that this episode took them 8 hours. This didn't have any nice digital transitions. No pop-up nameplates or special effects... It took them 8 hours to do the bare minimum. Once I pointed the laziness of the editor out they quietly lowered the bill to $125 while still defending him. I never downloaded the episode. I started editing the footage and in 8 hours I had an episode complete with little pop-ups, all done on a free-to-use editor and my ancient laptop.

I DID NOT USE THEIR FINISHED EPISODE. It would have been an embarrassment to my channel. So essentially I paid them to show me how much they sucked.

TLDR; Lazy editors: (leaves in raw footage noise, doesn't know what a true transition moment is and doesn't bother to ask, uses b-role as a-role material). Lack of Communication. Defense of their lazy editor instead of looking at their product and comparing it with the standard of the channel in question. No communication from the editor on time or budget. Not the "Experienced Professionals" they claim to be. Don't waste your money. They're response to this post as well as the email I'm getting saying they're trying to contact me on the account I closed with them is all the proof I need to show their level of professionalism. They can't handle a 1 star review.

I started a YouTube group with no editor and I've tried them in the past but only with a vod. THIS LAST VIDEO THAT THEY DID WAS OUTSTANDING AND HILARIOUS (We thought we didn't have enough footage to start with) but they made gold with what we had! I recommend it, YOU also pay attention to your budget so make sure to set that will be using them full-time once YouTube makes some revenue for the channel (ATB IF CURIOUS OF CHANNEL!)

I've been working with Replayed for a while and I have nothing but love for them, they have been so dedicated and invested with my content and they just get me so well. I signed up to the senior package, they delivered what I needed but there was a delay, the editor sent a message asking for a deadline extension. Happy with final results it was of high quality with lots of custom graphics. I did not have many revisions which is great. Recommended service, I will be returning for more.

The communication and quality of work is always top quality.

The work done here is worth the price and the wait. Constantly I am surprised by the quality of editing which is made even better by the staff members that are easy to work with.

Obsessive in their need to improve my content! Freelancer editors we’ve used before would just about do what was asked and no more, and it was a nice surprise when replayed used their initiative and suggested improvements of their without having to be prompted and prodded

Good editing with exceptional customer service

I've been searching for editors on Twitter, but some had deadline problems and some had quality problems. I needed a person who has expertise in sound design. Then I discovered Replayed.co by word of mouth from my friend; he was their client for 2 months, and he told me to try out their services. And after working for 3 weeks, I am very happy to share that I had an amazing, dedicated team of editors and thumbnail designers who helped me out to create stories that I wanted to tell. 100% recommend their service. Kudos to Ali.

I've tried a lot of editing services and none of them have really fit what I needed until I worked with replayed.

They use AI to match you with an editor, initially I was skeptical but it helped me get a decent editor. Not sure how it works but my editor did a good job.

The prices for what you get are also good, they've also been super helpful with my editing feedback and revisions.

The only criticism I'd really have is that free revisions aren't unlimited

I've been looking for editors to help with my channel and I've been unsuccessful in the past. My first video from Replayed exceeded my expectations and it's been easy to work with them. I'll be working with them on an ongoing basis for sure!

Their video editing doesn't look basic! It is definitely worth the investment.
