I thought I was contacting Emirates. Not at all serious. Had a problem with Dubai transfer and they almost booked me a flight back without the cancellation of my outgoing flight. Just interested in selling you an expensive ticket for anywhere. They even mixed up the final destination. Luckily AMERICAN EXPRESS blocked the transition and called me.

no trust on this website, they say are Lufthansa but they are a travel agency

I googled the number for Lufthansa and ended up speaking to Joshua from reservationss.com, who booked a ticket for me but entered a fake email address for my husband and sent payment links that didn't work due to my credit limit, thank God. My bank noticed the attempts and blocked my visa card. Lufthansa confirmed that they never send payment links, and cannot call from a US number.

Is it possible to give negative stars!!!! A man called Abdiel Alone,literaly stoll 600€ from me. He altered a reservation that I maid on booking and said that I needed to pay 600€, and at the hotel I would pay only the diference. Lies, lies abd more lies!!!! They are scam artists!!! The worst kind!!!! At the hotel I had to pay the full amount.

Awful experience with this company; they purported to be representing our airline and insisted we had to pay over $1800 in charges and fees to rebook a flight that had been canceled (allegedly because we didn't respond to a notice of itinerary change that we never received.) The rep said we had to pay now or would be denied boarding both outbound and inbound flights. I thought we were speaking with a legitimate representative of the airline, but they have no actual connection.

Warning: scam. They steal money with fake reservations and send fake tickets via email. Reported to authorities

I did not know that Qatar airways system was down for a maintenance check. I google search came up with an alternative Qatar airways customer service(so I thought). They asked all the same security question about the booking. They wanted to scam me for £1,000 for a change in itinerary. Luckily AMEX picked it as they tried to scam me for USD1,000 instead. Scary thing is that they can produce a similar Qatar Airways screen shot. Avoid and always contact the official airline. The real upgrade difference was £237 !

Son unos estafadores y criminales. Se hacen pasar por servcio al cliente de todas las compañías aéreas. Salen los primeros en Google. Acudes a ellos para solucionar un problema y se aprovechan para cobrarte una tarifa inventada (en nuestro caso fueron 280 euros) , a cambio de solucionarte el problema. Una vez consiguen tu tarjeta, te cobran y te dicen que ya está solucionado y es todo falso. GOOGLE debiera eliminarles de los buscadores y la policía arrestarles. Vamos a por ellos por lo penal.

Ils se sont fait passé pour Thai Airways en me disant que mon vol était surbooké et que je devais payé 480 € en plus pour pouvoir embarqué avec un sur classement. Ce que j'ai fait car mon vol avait lieu le lendemain. Comment faire pour se faire rembourser?

This is a scam. They rely on a number that impersonates Lufthansa call center and they charge you fees that are completely undue. The number is +39 02 99 94 88 84.

Fraud Fraud Scam Scam! I found their number on the internet thinking it was Iberia and requesting a boarding pass. It's a fraud they asked me for 750USD saying I still had to pay a fee to travel

Scam, scam, scam. Fraudsters who, pretending to be Qatar Airways customer service, extorted 180 EUR for correcting the name in the reservation, which, of course, was never done. They need to be reported to the authorities and they deserve to end up in prison. How is it even possible that the number of these criminals is shown in the search engine when searching for an airline contact? Cowards do not respond to any messages demanding clarification. I warn against any contact. Disgusting

I was trying to find a portuguese phone number to buy ticket at Aegean airlines, found a +351 number that said belongs to Aegean, called the number and immediately the phone said that there were no portuguese talking available and passed me to english. The person identified as Aegean and I only realized that I wasn't talking with Aegean when I received an email from @reservationss.com

Reservationss.com is a scam full of thieves! I asked for a refund on something I did not use and they have pushed me around for more than a month. I have talked to over 30 agentes and the always hang up. I have written over 15 emails. No answer. I am trying yo find a way to report them to authorities or credit card issuers. Does anybody know how to do that?

It appears that I need to give at least one star to write a review. Please be aware that Reservationss.com is a scam. After my BA flight was suddenly cancelled, I contacted reservationss.com for assistance with another flight option. They wanted to charge me 900,000 Yen per person to book an alternative flight. It's a huge scam with the worst customer service imaginable.

The booking system on United Airlines website did not work yesterday and so I was looking for the phone contacts. The search engine showed me some, I did not realize that I was on the website of Flyinate and not the original website of United Airlines. Calling that call center showed on that page I thought that I was speaking with United Airlines. But it was a Reservationss agent, very gentle and booked all for me, but at the end he asked 40% more than the original price of the ticket, payable with a separate e-mail and stripe page. I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT OTHERS NOT TO FALL FOR THIS TRICK!! I did not accept it and after a long discussion and pressure I could avoid to pay more and I got my original ticket.

I had a nightmare experience with reservationss.com. No stars is to generous.
In a nutshell, I booked a flight with KLM airlines receiving a booking code. I have difficulty with my vision, and did not notice at that time that I had entered my email incorrectly, so I did not receive an email confirmation with additional details. I looked online for a KLM customer service number, and found one on a page that looked like the KLM site. I called this number, and the individual who answered, Mark, identified himself as a KLM representative and asked for my flight confirmation number. After I gave it to him, he told me that, while I was booking, the price on the return flight had changed so it did not complete. He told me that to finalize my flight, I would have to pay $679. Although, in the end, I did not pay him, he indicated that I would lose my flight as a result. I contacted Delta, a partner airline to KLM for this flight, and they indicated that my initial reservation was fine, or I would not have received a booking number. Mark, who I later found out works for reservationss.com, used my booking number, went into my reservation, changed the information so that information would go to him directly, and then forwarded the reservation details to me so that it appeared as though he was able to correct things. Delta gave me the correct number for KLM customer service, and I then called them with my concerns about this company having my booking number. They weren't able to do anything other than make a note on the account to only allow me to make changes as they could not change the booking code or freeze the reservation. Unfortunately, several days later, Mark canceled my nonrefundable flight online without my knowledge. Not only did I lose the cost of my flight, but I had to rebook at a higher price. I have filed a complaint with KLM, the appropriate government agencies and law enforcement.
