How long do you wait for your order..I started ordering the dog brush and changed my mind. The order somehow went through without me completing it and was triple the amount charged to my card. What gives

First of all I have not received my order.
5/2 I reached out to the company immediately stating I did not want a second set of the drain stopper.. I sent four emails and nobody’s ever responded. I finally reached out to Bank of America to cancel my order.

I never received my order. Total scam. Stay away from this company. I got an email to track my order and the tracking number doesn’t exist at all. Wasted $22 on an oral spray product for my pet.

I ordered 5 Julian and peelers. The ones I received do not have the Julian piece on them so I am disappointed and would like you to send me the correct ordered knives

I ordered 5 of the wooden handle vegetable peelers for $50. The photo is of a sturdy peeler with wooden handle. What I got was 5 very lightweight metal handled peelers. I have tried one of them and it does peel but it is not as described

The product was well liked by the recipient as a present. I thought the delivery time was very long and would not have ordered it if I had known the time frame for delivery. The communication of where the product actually was was not good.

Thought the product would be of better quality for the money paid, the cutting area is very small, you have to cut the too size to suit so may as well just keep cutting, tried to push pumpkin through it and nearly broke the lid it’s so pathetically week.
Waste of money and set up time.

Never received

Tracking of the delivery was very good. However, the product was broken in the original package when I received it. The quality of the product material seemed quite poor, allowing it to be easily broken. I have sent several emails to the company requesting a refund along with a photo of the damaged item but have not received any reply.

The bath bombs we received did not resemble the ones advertised or the experience they advertised in most all ways. The small figurine toy was MUCH SMALLER than what was advertised and honestly a choking hazard for our child.

Product as described. Delivered on time.
