Really helpful advice thank you

Installation was easy from start to finish. Took very little time to install my extra battery. James was very friendly and even took the time to help me sort out some issues I was having with the Givenergy portal.

All communication was quick and clear, and we were booked in without any delays with other work-scopes in the Highlands, Work commenced as planned there was no hassle with our address being the most Northerly point for James @ residentialrenewables over 500 miles from there base. Delighted with our new solar system up graded GivEnergy HV batteries and we would highly recommend Residential renewables , and would like to thank them for all their assistance and advice before, during and after successful installation.
Work was carried out very professionally with minimal fuss and our house and grounds left neat and tidy on completion. In all, a very positive experience. Many thanks to james

James made the whole experience as easy as possible, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything went well on the day. James explained everything in detail and made sure that we understood the system.

Great service, communicated well about installation process and dates. Explained everything on the day, happy to answer any questions, neat and tidy work area , no mess when he left, battery working as expected, very happy with my installation.

I had an additional Solar Storage battery installed by this gentleman today and I must say how impressed I was. He was very professional in every way and worked cleanly, efficiently and took pride in his work. The job was done to a high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Not sure where you got every Givenergy customer email addresses from, but it’s definitely not a good look sending unsolicited email when you’ve never had any prior ligit contact, doesn’t inspire confidence in your judgement or potential services

Received a spam email from this company offering an expensive product. I'm not sure how they procured my email address

Have no relationship with this company, but they felt happy to spam me offering an extremely poor deal on a GivEnergy battery.
Not sure what was more annoying - the poorly written email or the fact it was spam.

I was apprehensive about who to use for purchase and installation of another battery to our system, as the primary installer went into liquidation a year ago. I chose Residential Renewables after looking at options and cannot rate them enough, excellent service throughout the process, fast response to initial enquiry and installation within five days, even though we live on the opposite side of the country. There was a technical problem with the primary equipment company, that James talked us through and made very sure the issue was resolved and kept us updated throughout. Excellent service from Residential Renewables and James thoroughly recommend his service and company.

Residential Renewables, did exactly what they promised. Spoke with James, he guided me through all of the options and dealt with the upgrade of my Givenergy Battery storage system. He explained each part of the upgrade in detail and completed his work as promised in a very neat and timely fashion. Will happily recommend Residential Renewables to anyone. Hope to use them again in the future when Givenergy release the EMS for multiple inverter systems.

After waiting 5 months for a company to complete my solar installation by fitting the batteries, I contacted James and he had the job complete within 3 days. His customer service and communication could not be faulted and during the installation nothing was too much trouble, always stopping to take the time to answer the various questions I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a first-rate company to provide their renewable solutions.

James was knowledgeable, practical and extremely rapid in his responses including answering a string of questions past 10pm. Great guy!

James and his friend Jacob were both very professional and did the job as I wanted and to a high standard. Despite James having the nightmare of his car being broken into the night before, he still turned up and got the job done.

Found the company via eBay, spoke to James, and booked a date. The batteries were installed and commissioned on the same day. Very happy with the work, clean and professionally completed by James. Had an issue when I changed my WiFi provider, James sorted it out over the phone. Looking forward to do my solar panels with them too. Highly recommended.
