At no time are clients required to remit any “up-front” payments before receiving a comprehensive written explanation of our process, fee structure, and expected outcomes. All payment authorizations are executed only after the client has reviewed and signed a detailed agreement containing all mandatory disclosures.

To clarify, our representatives are trained and monitored to collect only the limited identifying information necessary for lawful verification—such as name, date of birth, and the last four digits of the Social Security Number—solely for compliance and identity-confirmation purposes. This information is never used, stored, or shared for any unauthorized purpose. Complete details of the program, including scope of services, timelines, and dedicated support channels, are always provided before any enrollment or draft authorization.

The Company categorically denies any involvement in altering, suppressing, compensating for, or otherwise manipulating consumer reviews. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward undisclosed incentives, reputation-management schemes, or any conduct that could misrepresent authentic consumer feedback or compromise the integrity of independent review platforms. All reviews remain subject to the platform’s own terms of use, and we cooperate fully with any regulatory or platform-initiated investigation.

We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter. Upon a full review of your account and communications, we confirm that your refund in the amount of $205.00 was issued via ACH in accordance with the terms and conditions of your client agreement.

The variance from the expected $305.00 is attributed to the $100.00 early cancellation fee, which is clearly disclosed and acknowledged during the enrollment process.

All program terms, including refund policies and cancellation provisions, were thoroughly reviewed with you at the time of enrollment and verified through your signed documentation.

We take accuracy and transparency seriously, and there is no record of any misinformation or misrepresentation regarding your refund status.

We regret any misunderstanding and assure you that all actions taken were consistent with the agreement you entered into.
