Expensive compared to competitors, Functionality not as good as others in my opinion.

Currently have three other businesses with booking systems and with the price hikes and reduce functionality . Definitely recommend researching other booking systems.

Avoid, we have been trying to cancel for over a month as we are not using the system anymore. They ignore our emails, and never reply on the online chat - yet they're still taking the £134 a month subscription despite countless communications from us wanting to cancel.

Resova were cheap and cheerful, but the prices have gone up lately and the service has fallen off a cliff since they were acquired a year or so ago.

I only really use resova because I have to. It's the bare minimum for what I need to run my booking system and they don't seem interested in offering anything else more. They're currently asking for £31/month which was about £19/20 when I first started using them. Inflation accounts for about £24 so I'm paying an extra £7pm, for what exactly? You literally haven't added a feature in nearly a decade, same inefficient clicky UIX yet you've put up the prices? They also locked gift vouchers behind the upgraded plan, it's just pure greed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and I wish there was an alternative at a similar price

Customer service is a joke, we were looking to switch over to Resovas payment system from Stripe , handlheld version and the integrated within resova one. It is more than a month, 7 emails and counting, and I still didnt get my questions answered. What ever information that was given in the Zoom meeting, was false. Numbers & the cost of things... Stay clear

The customer service here is shocking just stop replying to an issue they dont want to resolve. It works but provides bare minimum.

I concur with the last review. I used to praise Resova for the speed in which they resolved problems. Two months ago we had a technical problem. It took dozens of emails, messages and online calls, and we still haven't got anywhere. Even when they apologise and say they will get someone to make contact because of the lack of contact, they fail to make contact. It seems as though the company is winding down, so we are having to arrange to change service providers. It's a shame as the platform and price is good, but the service means it's not a system a profesional organisation can rely upon.

Resova is just amazingly bad. We tried to connect with them every possible way to solve our problem with third-party booking system. They never bother to respond to us. Even block our live conversatsion when we tried to speak with them. I strongly reccomen to use some other booking system!!
