After ordering the Resparked engraving pen from Amazon, the pen was not charging. We contacted Resparked and spoke withJoy who did an outstanding job of getting us lined up with not only a replacement but with their newer edition of the pen! We have received it and all is well and we are delighted with the pen and the company's integrity of making things right!

I had a problem with my customizer pen. My emails were responded to quickly, with requests for more information. When I was unable to supply my order number, they were able to track it, despite it being bought for me by somebody else.
Due to is still being under warranty, a replacement pen is being sent out to me. Staff have been helpful and polite throughout.

Quick replacement of engraving pen
The first engraving pen quit after a few months of use and Resparked replace it quickly after just one contact with the company. Very happy with the quick service!!

Our resparked pen was used a lot
Our resparked pen was used a lot, my daughter likes it so much! Unfortunaly it broke (did not charge anymore). After a couple of quick tests, customer service dediced to replace the product and also send a diy-set along with it. Really nice, friendly and fast support.

I had a great experience with Respaked’s customer service team. They were responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.

Resparked's Customer service is fantastic. I am used to draconian efforts and spending money on shipping to and back just to get a replacement for the defective items.
*Resparked was friendly and easy to use my 1 year warranty. It took them one day to verify my engraver was defective, box up a new replacement, and send it on its way.

Can not get a straight answer from them. Shipped then processing after saying shipped then your placed after saying it shipped. Now I get processed after being told in route. Call not to Hebron. Ky But Cheyenne, Wy that it's being shipped today out of Indiana ..
