During picking one of my items got damaged. But they owned it. Contacted me. Gave me a replacement and let me kept the damaged item. Which it was just the packaging so no loss. And my order was never delayed. I will and have order from them again.

Very poor customer service. I paid extra for next-day delivery and expected the service I selected at checkout. When it became clear that the delivery would not arrive as promised, I cancelled the order. Despite the next-day service not being provided, the company was only willing to refund part of the delivery charge as a "gesture of goodwill" rather than issuing a full refund.

The retailer has a contract with its courier service, so any delivery issues should have been addressed directly with the courier rather than being passed on to the customer. As the customer, I paid the retailer for a specific service and should not have been left out of pocket when that service was not delivered.

To make matters worse, I received no email confirmation or notification regarding the cancellation and was effectively ignored when trying to obtain updates. The lack of communication and accountability only added to an already frustrating experience.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Poor customer service, poor communication, and an unwillingness to take responsibility when a paid-for service was not delivered. The offer of only a partial refund for a service that was not provided was unacceptable.

Effective communication when an item was out of stock and offered alternatives, extremely speedy delivery, cannot fault them.

I was looking for some new respirators to look after my staff and the selection at the Respirator Shop was excellent and met my requirements.

Mask good. Packaging bad - arrived in flimsy packaging so box was squashed & torn (not great when purchasing safety equipment).
