My recent experience with them is not so positive. Having been a loyal customer they charged for an attempted collection almost same price as a regular collection. First time has happened, surely they would have more customers around to come back but they decided to charge without warning. We are already thinking about changing company

Chloe Tellitt has been amazing in helping us arrange our collections. Her customer service has been fantastic. She always come back to me really quickly and is always more than happy to help! They cannot be beaten on price!

I have used Restore previously and always been happy with the service. However, I have now signed up to a regular collection service and cannot speak highly enough of the service I have received. All enquiries have been handled swiftly and efficiently; they have been very flexible in their approach and have turned up as scheduled on every occasion with a call in advance to confirm. Special mention to Chloe Tellitt who has been particularly helpful - nothing has been too much trouble. She has handled my many questions with efficiency, speed, flexibility and good humour. Thank you !

I made several phone calls to your company about the collection of one of your bins. Plus providing paperwork proving the collection/bin had been paid for.
Very disappointed with the promises made on the telephone, as nothing materialised, and no feed back was given.
This all changed when Nikkie Riley answered the telephone, thank goodness. I only had to explain once and she dealt with the matter promptly, professionally, confirmation sent by email. All over in a matter of minutes.
Can you employ please a few more staff like Nikkie Riley, running a business myself its a godsend when you have staff with integrity, that treat your customers with respect, and that are a peoples person, and that will deal with your enquiry professionally, and has some interest in the job there doing. All this defines Nikkie Riley, thank you Nikkie.
I will still use your company but will ask for Nikkie next time I call.

Restore Datashred. You are amazing!. Highly recommend this company, who have helped me at a difficult time in my life. From the phone call to the office (Duane), who helped me through the booking, to the driver/shredder (Gaz), who was amazing too!. So efficient. Cannot recommend enough, if you like me, have lots of confidential waste to destroy. 40 years of my Fathers business records, gone in less than an hours, on site, with their set up and lorry. Worth every penny and not expensive either!. Forget burning or taking staples out, like i thought id have to do. It was incredible service. Will be recommending you highly. Thanks team Restore!. The customer service has been friendly and easy to get hold of. However, the collection has taken a long time I've had to chase at every stage of the process. The bags were left outside in the rain and are made of paper so the documents went right through them.

Customer Service and daily updates regarding job ,even though only collection of 4 bags! Explanation of job was helpful from everyone and they were so patient with all my queries regarding visit ,paperwork and completion of job. Have more bags for next use and would recommend. Thank you
