SCAM!!!!!
In no way they informed me that i started a subscription when i payed one dollar. Today i woke up with less money on my account. Avoid this pathetic scam

It's a SCAM do not trust resumemaker.ai, once you give your card details they take money time to time without informing.

SCAM WEBSITE!! IT should not be on 1. page on google. Do not use it. They dont tell you you have to pay to actually finish your resume. You have to pay a dollar to download it. You say "Alright, what the hell". And after exactly 2 weeks they charge your Paypal or Creditcard for 29,70$ without your consent. You cant manage your account on the website. You cant check your purchases. ITS A SCAM.

Smmers, recurring transactions of 50€ without prior concent.

Samma sak som övriga skriver, köpte ett cv för 10 kr och de drar sedan 400kr och har tydligen ingått ett avtal med en minderårig person. detta kommer polisanmälas

I signed up for what Resumaker.ai advertised as a 14-day free trial. I only used it once and never touched the site again. I wasn’t even aware that after the trial, they’d automatically charge my account — especially since I didn’t even have money in it at the time. Guess what? As soon as money hit my account, they silently took 284 MAD ($29.70) without any notice. No warning. No email. Nothing.

I immediately contacted them with all the transaction details (receipt number, card info, date), and they replied saying there's nothing they can do. Are you serious? I didn’t even use the service beyond that one time. It’s a complete scam.

I’ve since seen dozens of people here saying the same thing happened to them. These guys are shady, and their support team just throws you a copy-paste response and ignores the actual issue.

I’ve canceled the subscription, filed a complaint with my bank, and I’ll be reporting this fraud wherever I can.

DO NOT trust this site. Avoid Resumaker.ai at all costs.

First they will say that it is free CV ai. When you go to download it, they will ask for $1 to download it and enjoy 14 days trial perioud. There is no option showing to cansel it within that 14 days. then they will suddenly turn your account in to monthly plan that charge $20. they will charge it at the end of 14 days. Although they say there is a refund if you are not satisfied withing 14 days of time, they will never refund it. and if you need to cansel the plan, only option is to contact the CS. that is how they cheat telling free Cvs. Poor service

They scammed me 16.22 USD.
I paid a once off fee to generate the PDF document that I had created (CV)

Yesterday they deducted money from my account without my consent, they responded once to my email and they have been mute since. I sent a follow up mail today and still nothing.

I paid €0.99 to create and download a CV, thinking it was a one-time payment. Suddenly, €29.29 was taken from my account without any clear warning, email, or confirmation. I never knowingly agreed to a subscription.

Their response was generic and dismissive, claiming the charge was valid due to some “14-day trial” – which was never clearly explained. There was no transparent communication or proper consent for this subscription.

I consider this a deceptive business practice and I strongly advise others to stay away. I’ve reported the charge to my bank and the European Consumer Centre.

clean scam, it’s impossible to remove credit card you won’t see it in your dashboard or account, so you think you won’t charged anymore but then you see charge!

This company is a complete SCAM. According to their TERMS of use, just reregistering means you have agreed to their contract. It’s BS, according to their terms of use, they can increase the fee without notice & charge you whatever they like, just registering automatically signs you up for premium subscribed even if you didn’t ask for it! They charge a small fee to lure victims then hit you with additional fee a few days later, and U will lose PayPal disputes because they stated they may increase fees in the terms. It’s dishonest, and deceitful. If u happen to fall for their ruse- Call your bank asap and chargeback. don’t waste your time disputing with PayPal. To add insult to injury, the cv I write is better than their AI generated version, they charged me $50 & forced me into a subscribtion Without my concent!!!! How is this legal?

Kan tilslutte mig, at man bare bliver trukket et beløb fra sin konto. Lad vær med at købe et billigt CV regningen kommer senere! Bondefangeri - har kontaktet dem og fået oplyst, at de er meget synlige - jeg plejer ikke være så let at narre, men det lykkedes dem!

I am extremely disappointed with this service. They charge a seemingly small amount of 2.99zl for a resume, but later, without my consent, they withdrew 98zl PLN from my account. This is outrageous and feels like blatant theft. I cannot recommend this service to anyone—stay away!"

Παιδιά οι άνθρωποι είναι απατεώνες,έκανα ένα βιογραφικό 0,99€ στης 2/02 και σήμερα στις 23/02 μου πήραν 19,90 χωρίς την άδεια μου και χωρίς να έρθει OTP. Δεν γνωρίζω με ποιες διαδικασίες και χειρισμό το κάνουν αυτό αλλά φαντάζεστε από πόσους ανθρώπους περνούν λεφτά χωρίς καμία συναίνεση από αυτούς όπως και από εμάς,
Και όμως αυτή συνεχίζουν να υπάρχουν στο κλάδο.
Ξέρουν πολύ καλά τι ακριβώς κάνουν, ότι δεν θα τους κυνηγήσει κάνεις για Μικρό πόσα και δεν έχουν κίνδυνο με τον νόμο, κι έτσι γίνεται η εκμετάλλευση κ κοροϊδεύουν το κόσμο.

Don't use this website. At first, i got service from them to prepare a CV and paid 1 USD. That is on 9th of Feb. But without my permission, without providing permission, they have taken another 20 USD from credit card today. So I had to block the card. I will make a complain and hope that they will refund my money back.
