ResumeZest Reviews

I had a wonderful experience with ResumeZest. I was initially a little nervous about the price point for a mid-level Professional Resume package, but honestly, it is so worth it. My writer Jessica Philippon was fantastic! She was super easy to talk to and walked me through everything she planned to do with helpful explanations. It was fantastic to see my work history professionally formatted and presented in a way that made sense. I feel much more confident sending my cover letter and resume to employers in an industry I'm trying to break into. The whole process seemed very tailored to my needs, and not a one-size-fits-all. I would definitely recommend this service if you're on the fence.

Working with Jess was great. For only having an entry-level resume amount of history, she made my resume and cover letter look fabulous. When we had our consultation she was very professional and had my best interest to help make everything look good for my goal to be achieved. Speaking with her through the portal chat board was also very helpful. Jess always answered my questions in a timely manner, and we got my resume and cover letter finished pretty quickly which is very much appreciated.

I worked with Emily to re-do my entire executive resume portfolio. Emily was very fast, accurate, easy to work with to get everything correct and turned it all around faster then I planned.

Thank you Emily!!!

Very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire process, and that increased my own confidence in the bewildering job hunt.

Lori is such an exceptional writer! I was impressed by the level of details and accuracy, she had during the work. She demanded that I provide her with quantifiable resources and made a CV tailored and customized for my professional background. and she guided me through the whole process of making modifications for every application I submit for job posts. Customer service is very good, and the site is very professional!

Sharlyne Rogers was my writer and she did an outstanding job. My resume never looked so good! It was definitely worth the investment.

I am thoroughly impressed by the quality of work from ResumeZest. Shelly was AMAZING! She really understands the marketing field and what employers / recruiters are looking for from a keyword perspective. She did a phenomenal job telling my very disparate professional experience in a way that will position me as an ideal candidate for a numbers of roles. Super excited to have my cover letter undergo a much needed makeover. With my next resume, I am so much more confident applying for new roles.

Emily was wonderful, she listened, accommodated my schedule, was professional, quick turn-around, had good insight and asked questions and was a pleasure to work with.

Came in with a pretty strong resume... then Shelly made it even stronger. There was lots i didnt know, especially with ATS. We worked back and forth for about 10 days and eventually i got to a place where I loved it. Once the resume was done... The linked in profile rewrite was super easy.

The process was easy and the product was outstanding. Changes to drafts were done quickly.
Outstanding service!

I absolutely recommend using Resume Zest! Jessica Philippon was my writer and she definitely knows her way around professional language. She was friendly, helpful, and on top of things. She was very open to making revisions to fit my needs but it was so well done there was nothing else I could have asked for.
