ResumeZest Reviews

There was so much I did not know about writing a resume that I thought I did. Thankfully Shelly was there to show me how it was done. I have never had a more amazing resume and within a few days of applying, I received a job offer. I highly recommend Resume Zest and if you are lucky enough to get Shelly, do it!

Friendly, helpful, informative, and efficient!

Shelly was very helpful, very professional. She produced a terrific resume and cover letter for me. Very prompt turnaround on making a very minor revision to the first draft. I feel much more confident with what she produced than with anything I could have pulled together. I recommend highly.

Emily was amazing to work with. She was very responsive to my questions and was equally receptive to my thoughts and suggestions as we went through the rewriting process. After spending hours researching various professional resume writing services to try and find the best one, I could not be any happier that I went with ResumeZest!

I worked with shelly in Resume Zest. Everything was very quick and professional. Received resume before the deadline and it looks top notch.

Shelly Roble, was knowledgeable about my career path and prompt in all responses/improvements to my file. Appreciate all their hard work.

I did a lot of research on resume writing companies that had a good balance of affordability and quality in the final result. ResumeZest does a great job at that. Marsha was an excellent writing partner, not only giving me suggestions for now, but how to edit and adjust my resume + LinkedIn over time. I highly recommend this service for anyone who is thinking about advancing into executive roles and struggling to adapt your work history for that type of position.

I had been getting stonewalled in applying for jobs. Even those I was immensely qualified for. I assumed, and rightly so, my resume was not up to par. Ericka did a fantastic job. I was skeptical due to my field (Space Industry) that the experience nuances may be difficult to convey. Ericka had a clear technical understanding of what my experience entailed. In fact, I only required a couple of very small edits on the first draft. But, the results speak for themselves. I am now getting callbacks and interviews where before my application went straight to the trash.

Marsha,
Was such great help. What stood out to me the most was her customer-friendly personality, knowledge, and efficiency. I would recommend her to any one of my colleagues or friends who needs a professional resume written and I definitely would use her services again.

I JUST WISH THE PHONE CONVERSATION WAS NOT LIMITED

Sharlyne was an incredible aid to my resume woes. She perfectly optimized my resume to be read by technology systems so that it would be easier to get into the interview stage.

I cannot emphasize enough that you should use ResumeZest.

the person assigned to write my resume is writing part time. she had very limited times to schedule the phone call, only allowed one for 30 minutes. she ghosted me right after she gave the first draft, which was immediate--within the first week. after a week and a half of nothing, and me writing emails each day, she did finally provide the Word version, corrected email address at the top, and gave me a Word document for instructions to set up LinkedIn profile. Did not make any changes I asked her to make. You get what you pay for, so don't bother with ResumeZest. Unless you're fortunate enough to get someone other than Jess

Exceptional service and very professional. Improved my resume 100%. Feeling very confident applying for roles now based on the structure and incorporated feedback. I would 100% recommend ResumeZest to anyone looking to improve on their current resume and linkedin profiles. Great job Sharlyne Rogers on the Executive Resume.

Jessica was a professional throughout the process. She thoroughly addressed the feedback that I gave her and worked to craft a resume that represents me. We went through a fair amount of iterations but she made sure I was happy with the end result.

Pro tip:
Open a google doc with your resume and communicate with your writer via comments. This helped tremendously.

If I only knew what a Resume Writer can do to make your resume more interesting that will have a solid information about your Job Experience, I should have done it a long time ago. I am one of the pickiest when I need help on something. I can say that choosing ResumeZest is one of the choices that I am proud of. My writer Shelly is the greatest, she is very professional, attentive, smart and most all a Great Writer. I know that she can help a lot of people like me to get their Dream Job.

I was very fortunate to work with Katie LeBarron as my ResumeZest resume writer. She had obviously studied the large amount of material I sent her and then immediately set upon improving it. Her suggested changes and additions were excellent. Throughout the entire process, Katie was very professional and patient with me. I found her to be very kind, understanding, and helpful. In the end, she crafted an excellent resume and cover letter for me; both of which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Katie LeBarron and ResumeZest.

The process was quick and simple. Marsha was very easy to talk to, she is very knowledgeable and professional. She took the time to listen and understand the expectations. I was very happy with the final products.

Fantastic service, great experience. Very good value for money. Highly recommend.

I have always had reservations about these kinds of services but finally took the leap and am so glad that I did! I worked with Kathleen and could not have been happier. Very fast turn around with great quality and super customer service. Within a few days after receiving my new resume and re-vamping my LinkedIn, I was getting interview invitations and messages from recruiters.

I worked with Shelly Roble who was not only fast and punctual, but her strategy and writing skills improved my resume beyond my expectations. She was a pleasure to work with and obviously well-experienced with my particular vertical (Pharmaceutical).
When the time comes for an update, I will be reaching out to ResumeZest once again. Thank you Shelly!

Katie stayed up late with me making revisions. I really appreciate her extra care and attention.
