He did not respond until I made threats to report him for using false pretenses to get me to sign the contract. I was actually beginning to panic. When he did respond, he was verbally abusive and threatening.
I decided to contact the company and the representative was informative and helpful. She gave me some helpful information and an update on my account.

I will be honest. The whole experience has not always been a 5 star. Going into debt settlement is a VERY stressful thing. First you come to realize that you may never get out of debt which is something you don’t want to be saddled with the rest of your life. Then you have to put faith in someone you don’t know. With all the scams out there, it makes it really hard to trust someone when you are giving them access to large chunks of your money every month. I was told I would be receiving a welcome brochure which I never got. It was supposed to be packed with helpful information about my debt settlement program. What did help was that there was someone to talk to whenever you called them. Besides me calling them, they never called me so even though they were very reassuring that it was all going to come together, it didn’t help me with the stress. And, it just didn’t feel like anything was progressing at the time frame they gave me. Finally after 7 months they settled on one of my debts. That made me feel a little better and then shortly after that, they settled on a second one, now just two more to go. They have me estimated at 54 payments before I’m debt free. It might be a little less or a little more depending on what agreements they get. But, I know I would be nowhere near paying off that amount of debt in even twice that timeframe, so the thought of having all my debt resolved in about 4 years from now is very exciting to me.

Nobody wants to hear your explanation. I am contacting the BBC as soon as possible. You took advantage of the wrong person,the bus stops here!! You are a bad company,and,I’m going to make sure my fellow Americans now about it. Bottom line,your company took advantage of my vulnerability,I was desperate,and,you used it to your advantage. Yes the guy that called me asked me to take it down,and I said NO!! Your company is a fast talking Fraud. The proof is in other reviews,very,very unsatisfied customers,more than the costumers are happy. The good reviews may be coming from inside the company itself,we will never know. I can’t speak or advocate for the whole USA,but I will spread my experience with your company as far as I can go with family,and,friends. I don’t want to contact you,unless you are giving me a Full Refund,Period!! The reviews/comments of disappointment will keep coming!!!

The guy Eric that signed me up did not do a very good job of explaining what you guys do. He told me I would be able to get a loan and all accounts would be paid at the same time and I would be done with the credit companies and would just be paying you off in six months all lies.
