Never Disappoints
Very friendly, obviously knowledgeable staff who are not pushy and always seem genuinely happy to help. Always a great shopping experience with a lovely range of bedding plants.
When I ordered online for a gift in 2020 it was super easy, delivery was on time and my friend said that the plants were in perfect condition - which was a relief as I've had a bad experience with a different online plant store!

Worst company ever …
"I've had a very negative experience with this company. It seems that workers, particularly from Romania, are being treated unfairly and disrespectfully. The manager exhibits bullying behavior, and I had a confrontation with the owner after expressing my concerns about the company's practices. I feel that the environment is not conducive to a healthy or respectful workplace."
As evidenced by their response, they are claiming to know the author of this. It is apparent that your company is not operating at a fast pace; rather, it appears to be underfunded and poorly maintained, which significantly increases the difficulty of the work. This is likely why there are no English workers employed at the minimum wage.

As is probably fairly clear, this review comes from a former employee who, unfortunately, left on poor terms following an incident in which they made threats and behaved aggressively toward members of our team.
We are absolutely a fast-paced business, especially through our spring build-up, and many of the roles here require graft, focus, and teamwork. That’s not for everyone, and we understand that. But amongst local staffing agencies, we’re proud to be in high demand - with seasonal workers consistently asking to be placed with us, and many returning season after season. We think that says a lot.
We wish this person all the best moving forward and hope they find a workplace that better suits their pace and values.
