ReTechie Technology Reviews

Great customer service, they were very patient with all the queries and delivered amazing product!

Customer Service was amazing. The product was in excellent condition. Loved it overall.

I ordered the dell latitue 5420. It arrived in good condition. I personally checked the status of battery, ssd and genuine window. This is what I got, Battery backup:2hrs, RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz (Single-channel, upgradeable to 32GB)
Storage: 512GB Samsung NVMe SSD (96% health, practically new)
CPU/GPU: Intel i5-1145G7 with Iris Xe Graphics (Very capable)
BIOS: Up to date (1.56.0). Iam reducing 1 star just because the courier was not traceable and arrived a bit late.

Purchased refurbished Dell 7420. Excellent condition, some minor issues but not worth mentioning.

Recently bought a dell 7320 from them and it's quality is surprisingly very good and their customer service is very good and they are very responsive in WhatsApp

If anybody looking for genuine rates and deals trust only on Retechie technology.

Being a developer, initially hesitant to order a high-end refurbished laptop online. I needed a reliable machine for heavy programming, virtual machines, and development builds, so I went with the Lenovo ThinkPad P52 (i7 8th Gen, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Quadro P1000) from ReTechie.

Here is my direct, honest experience:

1. Delivery & Support Experience:
Delhivery courier had a temporary operational delay at their local hub. Naturally, I was concerned, but ReTechie’s team handled it with extreme professionalism. Instead of generic automated responses, their core support actively escalated the case with Delhivery management and kept me posted until the parcel was safely handed over to me. That after-sales support alone earned my trust.

2. Physical Condition & Unboxing:
The laptop arrived very well packed with thick protective cushioning. Physically, the ThinkPad is in top-notch shape. The keyboard feel, display panel, ports, and hinges are solid with no flaws or deep scratches.

3. Deep Technical Audit (PowerShell & Hardware Verification):
I ran full diagnostics and PowerShell audit scripts on the components:
- Processor: Intel Core i7-8750H running smoothly at full turbo frequencies.
- Memory: 32GB Dual-Channel DDR4 running at rated 2667 MHz.
- Storage: Genuine Western Digital NVMe SSD with 100% healthy SMART status.
- Dedicated Graphics: NVIDIA Quadro P1000 properly recognized with official enterprise drivers.
- Battery Health: An impressive ~93% original health retention, giving great backup under workload.
- Peripherals: Fingerprint scanner, Wi-Fi, audio, and thermals are completely stable.

Final Thoughts:
ReTechie is not just another random refurb seller—they deliver genuine enterprise hardware and back it up with real customer support when logistics face friction. If you're on the fence about buying from them, go ahead without worry.

A well-deserved 5-star experience!

Had a great experience with retechie and the laptop is just insane with the condition and delivery was also quick order in Mumbai and the delivery period was around 4-5 days .

Got good condition laptop.

Thanks to Retechie team.

Date of order: 15th june
Delivery date: 19th June
Location: Delhi

Service of delivery is very good. The retechie employee has reached on time and delivered the product by hand.

Helped me with choice of mode of payment.

Product review: The product is delivered with no issues. The deliver person waited patiently for complete verification of laptop and contacted office for issues.
The laptop adapter was not working, which he said will deliver by noon today.

The re-techie incharge person - pramod ji was quite helpful to understand the needs of mine and extended quick support.

Recommendation:
1. Label of Laptop warranty duration with date of purchase along with brand s required for improved confidence.
2. Label should also have - customer care number for reaching immediately.

These 2 details on the label which will be on the laptop will improve brand image and customer trust.

Will update the working of laptop after sometime. Thanks re-techie for the product.

It is really a trusted company to purchase laptops

i ordered a thinkpad t14 gen 1 amd from their website , and honestly i was suprised with the quality .. i was skeptic at first so i researched about the company , i saw mostly positive reviews and also good things in reddit .. so i decided to reach out to them .. and i asked for photos and bios data and all , and they were incredibly patient with eveyrthing .. they provided me all the photos and data and also assured about the return policies .. the delivery was also fast and on time .. i did a cod so no hiccups there too .. came home , unpacked everything and it was working fine , i even opened up the thing and it was working fine .. installed fedora and kde and it works smoothly no problems ,other than the minor scuffs and scratches in the body there is really nothing to be worried about and it's a steal at that price .. overall great experience , would recommend 10/10

Battery backup very low 1min 1% use
