INCREDIBLE SERVICE

This could not have been any better, I received the camera within 18 hours and it is fantastic. I bought it in time for Wimbledon on Monday and I couldn't be more complimentary. Amazing!

The service was great!
The camera arrived as specification in almost new condition. The leather case was immaculate other than a little smell of mould but this is vintage kit.
I haven't had any pictures developed yet but everything else was first rate.

Ordered a Pentax K1000 in October 2024, which had multiple faults despite being in “near mint condition” as described when ordering. However after notifying the company on the problems that I had fixed, they reimbursed me for the repair costs.

A rarity to see such good customer service without any hassle, these things happen and understand faults occur, great to have been supported with a camera that has now been re-serviced and repaired! A personal thank you to Rowland for his support here.

Very fast delivery and the camera seems in great condition. I've yet to develop the film, so cant comment on the camera quality for now.

Would recommend buying a flash so you have full use from the start.

Fabulous service! The camera I purchased has been beautifully restored! I cannot comment on how it works as it was a present and I am no photographer! Quick delivery and as described!

Camera was delivered quickly and was very well packaged, and came complete with a user guide as well as a card informing you as to what has been done to the camera along with its date of manufacture.
Apart from a couple of very small marks on the base you would think it was brand new.
Have put my 1st roll of film through it, and to say I am pleased with the results I got back today is an understatement.

Delivery was very quick and the camera was perfect. I know you can find instructions online for every make of camera, but a little pamphlet would be helpful for the basics.

Very quick arrival and the camera is in great condition. I haven't developed any of the film yet unfortunately but it's intuitive to use if you just stick to Auto.

Camera just arrived today in fantastic condition, I bought the yellow Olympus Trip which looks and feels even better in person! Absolute quality refurbishment.
There are a few good sellers of restored Olympus trip cameras around and RCF is definitely one of them. The Customer service of the owner Rowland is very good and quick. So I thoroughly recommend for getting a high quality vintage camera. P.S. having bought the camera I now have access to discounts on the website for various film options, which are competitively priced.

I bought a reconditioned Olympus Trip for my son. It arrived beautifully packaged and I was of course tempted to keep it for myself. I thought a soft case we’d paid for had been left out and emailed - got an almost immediate reply from Rowland (on a Sunday morning) apologising and promising another asap - before I found the case in the box. This is a small business run by people who love what they do. I think they do film processing as well and I’ll use them for that. A happy experience.
