I have had this device for about a year already. It has been good, I only played a small handful of games, and everything seemed good. Until recently, I tried playing Pokémon Crystal, it was a lot of fun and I saved my game progress then logged off. I returned back to play, and it did not save my last game and made me restart. No problem, got everything again, logged off for the night. Next day, unfortunately same thing, but this time the screen went white while loading in.
Now, the device is not loading, white screen is gone and is black with a few texts around the screen. Nothing works, even their customer service is not responding. Such a huge disappointment on what could’ve been so much fun.

They blocked me after I posted a comment that I haven’t received my order !! I should have checked the reviews before I placed an order

What a shocking scam I fell into !!

Followed return policy. Policy states contact support prior to return. Sent multiple emails. No one will give return authorization. Overpriced. Dirty. Just don't.

I have a feeling this is going to be the new console everyone has and uses. Why have anything else when this has it all?

Today is the 17th day after the order, which is described to be delivered between 5 and 9 days.

The company itself is just a drop shipping scam of fake consoles bought for less than 20 dollars on AliExpress.

Scam.

Console arrived and was given as a gift on christmas day. Alot of the games were running too slow so I complained on the day and never had a response, I emailed again and no response and now the screen has completely packed up and cant be used after just 6 weeks! Ive complained again and am being ignored so im now doing a chargeback on my card

Do not purchase from this site!! It's a scam. Products faulty, full of non compatible games that don't work. Contacted multiple times and been completely ignored. Looking at reviews! DO NOT PURCHASE
Ruined Christmas present.

Excellent qual, feels solid in the hand and the screen is bright and clear. Every game I looked for was already there and runs perfectly.

Tracking numbers do not work, no phone number and no one replies to emails.
6 Weeks since order, multiple chasers. No Response.
Had to replace son's Christmas present.
No idea if I am being refunded or if I have just been scammed.

AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered mine two weeks before Christmas and still haven't received it. Turns out they are just dropshippers and the item ships directly from China - I thought they were AU based, so a bit surprised.

I've emailed them trying to find out what's happening, but not a single response. Given up hope of receiving this now.

Wish I could give 0 stars to warn others about this - brought an item for a Christmas present and after 2 or 3 uses, it now doesn’t work atall, emailed multiple times and messaged via Instagram since 29th December regarding sending the faulty item back for a replacement and have heard absolutely nothing back! As others have previously said their customer services team are non existent! I would never order from here again nor would I recommend them to anyone!

Appalling non existent customer service. Ordered two consoles as Christmas presents. Opened one on Christmas Day to find the screen was broken and unusable. Tried contacting them 5 times - replying to their shipping emails and via their website contact page without a single response in over a month. Company is absolute trash, do not buy from them.

Complete and utter bullshitters. I ordered the console in the beginning of December as a birthday gift, now it's the end of January and I still haven't received anything. Wrote to them couple of times, no response whatsoever. Links for tracking shipment no longer work. SCAM! Wasted so much money and I feel so angry, what do I do?

REPORT THIS COMPANY. Simply read all the one star reviews on here to learn about my experience and so many others. Sadly, it’s dodgy as heck.
1. The company has two addresses and one is attached to multiple companies with BBB negative reviews. It seems the home address is privy to many scam businesses.
2. After my purchase I attempted returns, per the free returns advertised blah blah. I contacted them multiple times on insta, via their website web form and via email. Zero replies for several weeks.
3. I can see their insta is replying to comments as recently as a few hours ago as well as sharing stories. I am commenting on all of their media to ensure nobody else gets tricked.
4. To add insult to injury, they charged me an extra $20 for no apparent reason (and the extra charge does not show up on the invoice).

SPAM THEIR INSTA - do NOT let them get away with this!!!!!!!

Claim a cashback with your bank, report them to your local authorities (in Aus the ACCC, in US the BBB etc) and DO NOT STOP hounding them. Type out your experience and tell your local media company to get onto this story, media coverage will save us all from wasting money.
We have to get our money back, make them accountable and get this awful company canned.

I've been trying to return the items for a refund because I do not want them (they are completely unopened!!) and I have emailed them 30+ times with 0 response. I have also reached out on Instagram with no response. I am so fed up with them. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! It will be a giant waste of money!

Ordered two game boys for Christmas , and still have not arrived . Now saying delivery is has been completed and it's clearly not my address . Total scam and waste of money .

Shipping to cali was quick. I want to say about a week and a half in total from me ordering to me receiving it!

Ordered from this business which claims a 30 day guarantee for returns/refunds. My gamer pro screen stopped working within 5 days. I have attempted to contact this company six times since 12/28/25 via email and their website contact form and zero response. The reviews on their website must be fake, because even though I made a purchase there’s nowhere for me to leave a review on their actual site.

been few weeks since i order but still haven't received anything. first it stated that package was delivered at a pick up shop but nowhere mentioned where and didn't receive any communication. i tried to get in touch with them but never a reply and now when i use the link to track it says that page is not working. this is a scam, no answer and no delivery

I bought the 60,000 game version and wow, it’s crazy I would definitely recommend!!
