I ordered a custom Braves jersey for my son's 25th birthday, and it turned out absolutely perfect! It takes a few weeks, but it is definitely worth the wait, so be patient. Great customer service from Erika when I asked questions, and I will be ordering from RetroLocker again. I have shared this website with others!

Retrolocker is one of the better companies doing it out here. They have a great product, operation, and team! I bought 4 soccer jerseys, and they arrived before the estimated arrival date. The materials used, stitching, and overall quality are some of the best! Shout out to Christine! I had a slight problem with my order (I ordered the wrong size), but with Christine's help, the issue was resolved. I am super satisfied with my purchase!

Received my order this week and was excited with the great job Retrolocker making the jersey. It's fantastic quality for sure. Letters and logos etc.. are stitched. No printed low quality I've had from other sellers.
Customer service was excellent as well. I inquired to the status on my order and they got back to me that day. When the jersey was shipped I received and update as well. I will definitely be ordering again!

I will start by saying that their customer service was good and they were very quick to get back to me when I raised an issue. The issue is their sizing. I own genuine Nike Jerseys and always have a size small, which all fit great. I bought a size small in a football jersey from Retro Locker and it was huge when it arrived, more like a XXL. They sent a replacement in the next size down which arrived after about 3 weeks. This one was so tight I ripped it while trying it on! The product itself was okay, not the same quality as Nike but not bad. The stitching was well done and from a distance would pass as the real thing; however, the sizing is all over the place. I think I will give up now and ask for my money back.

Awesome product great quality. Properly stitched and quality item, not the thin printed shirts i expected these to be when ordering so it was an upgrade.

The jerseys are OK & the prices are too. Customer service & shipping are not good. Regardless of how a question is asked the reply is the same useless response (AI generated?). Shipping is very slow & does not match what web site indicates. Sizing varies from shirt to shirt and does not match the sizing chart. One item fit perfectly and one was extremely small -- both ordered per the sizing chart. I asked about a replacement for the one shirt but again, poor customer service so it looks like I'll be giving a shirt to a small person. In conclusion the jerseys are of an OK quality, but the negatives outweigh any cost savings.

The stitching on my Black and Gold Brewers jersey was impeccable. I was worried about the size but they said dont worry it will be perfect for you, if not they said they work it csomething out. It fits pretty good and ill probably just do spot cleaning cus I dont wanna mess with this in credible stitching. Thanks again Retro.

I ordered an XL 2026 Spain World Cup jersey customized with Lamine Yamal's name and number. A majority of my everyday wardrobe, including soccer jerseys, are adidas size XL. I received the jersey and put it on, only to find it was at least a size smaller than it should have been. I looked at the label and saw that it said "slim fit." Nowhere in the website copy did it mention that this was a "slim fit" jersey. Had it said so, I would have ordered a size up. I contacted Retrolocker and they were willing to send me a new jersey in a size XXL for an additional $25, plus $7.99 for guaranteed delivery. I took Retrolocker up on their offer, paid the $32.99 and waited another 3 weeks for the jersey. What a waste of money and time. The sizing is not that much different between the XL and XXL. The chest circumference on the XL measures 43" and the XXL measures 44". The XXL should have measured 45" - 46." There is a 1/4" difference in the length, the XL measures 31 3/4" from high point shoulder (hps) to the bottom hem and the XXL is 32" from hps to the bottom, but the XXL has a rounded back hem and the XL has a straight hem. The sleeve opening on the XL measures 8" in the flat and the XXL only measures 7". This makes no sense! The unstretched neck width on the XL is 7 1/2" and on the XXL it is 8 1/4". The neck width difference is the only measurement that does make sense. The fabric on the XL is a smooth lightweight polyester with sublimated stripes. The fabric on the XXL is a texturized jacquard with sublimated stripes. The XL has sewn on shoulder stripes, while the XXL has knit in stripes. The right chest adidas logo on the XL is embroidered, but screen printed on the XXL. On the left chest of the XL is a heat pressed, highly textured rubberized Spanish team crest with a red ground. The crest on the XXL is not as texturized and has a clear ground. In the back of the neck of each shirt is an insert that has on the outside the word España printed. On the XL, the insert is sewn onto the inside of the neck, while on the XXL, the insert is sewn on the outside of the neck. The XXL has a rubberized heat pressed label with the adidas 3-stripe logo and the words "Authentic Licensed Product." The XL does not have this label.

I am extremely disappointed in the soccer jerseys I received from Retrolocker and would not recommend ordering soccer jerseys from them. At the same time, I also ordered 3 baseball jerseys, which were all well decorated and made of decent fabrics, however, I would recommend sizing down one size, as they were all very generously sized.

I've received 1 of 4 jerseys so far, and it has stitching imperfections throughout. The most noticeable is on the neck and pretty bad. I'm worried what it will look like after going through the laundry.

I ordered a custom Knicks jersey and couldn’t be happier with it! Shipping takes time, but absolutely zero complaints. Fits true to size, fantastic material, and looks 100% perfect.

I ordered the next size up just in case and this fits so well (could probably get away with my actual size). It took a while to be delivered due to living in England but it was so worth the wait! Will definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a custom jersey from Retrolocker, and I must admit o was slightly skeptical about ever receiving the product. Alas, it arrived extremely quickly and I was very impressed with the quality - fine stitching and good materials. I’ve ordered quite a few custom jerseys from other vendors that did not impress me.

My custom jersey just happened to be too big for me. I emailed Retro’s customer service and Ronald there wrote back immediately, and he facilitated the incredibly easy return/exchange. Probably the quickest and easiest process I’ve ever experienced!

Ordered a Jersey on 26/06/2026 -New York Knicks, Jalen Brunson NBA Finals Jersey.

Quality is great, love all the stitched details and patches however there are a couple of loose threads on the Nike Logo/Finals Patch/USA 250 Years/Visit Abu Dhabi patch.

I’m a UK based customer and it took 5.5 weeks for it to arrive.

The lack of proper tracking is a little irritating and you do feel a little in the dark about the shipping, but for the price and quality I’d recommend.

I would say with the Nike NBA replicas to size up as they do run a little tight.

Overall a good experience and will be ordering again.

I still haven’t received all of my order which was placed on June 19th. Of the 3 jerseys I received, 1 was completely wrong, and all, despite everything I’ve read in reviews and on their website, were poorly done iron-on letters and numbers. In addition to the quality not being to standard, the order not being accurate, and it still not being delivered in its entirety, I am stunned by the sizing. I wear XL tshirts and they generally fit loosely across my chest and torso. I ordered the 2XL jerseys based on their measurements, and they are smaller and a standard large tshirt. I’m so disappointed. I reached out to customer service several times before they responded and even then they only responded to half of my message. Apparently the rest of the order is on the way, but I don’t even want it. They’re not wearable.
