Retrolocker Reviews

I love the overall quality, stitching, and design of the jerseys. I had one concern and Ronald stepped in and fixed my situation expeditiously. I've order 5 jerseys so far and will be ordering more custom ones for some co workers real soon.

I ordered 4 jerseys and my shipment says all of them have arrived but when I opened the package only 1 of them was there. I have emailed the company because their site says to click on a button to chat with support but no such button shows to be there. This is my 1st purchase with Retrolocker and I hoped to be a regular customer. I am extremely frustrated right now and I will adjust my review if i have a positive resolution

Update. I recieved all my jerseys. They came 1 at a time and I believe it wasn't until the 2nd or 3rd arrived that I got a card saying they would ship as they were completed. The product is great for the price point. Only reason not 5 stars is due to their shipping and communications about the jerseys coming in 1 at a time

Both of my kids a super happy with their jerseys. They look amazing and quality is above the stars!
Thanks so much AJ!

I love retrolocker! The customer support was excellent, seriously top notch, and the product is great quality for the price.

Only thing is that the jerseys run a touch small, so order a size up and you'll be thrilled!

Impressive quality, quality materials, authentic look & feel, clean patches and stitching, accurate sizing, affordable pricing, and excellent customer service. What more could you ask for?
I had a bit of a wait because I had a custom order, which is mentioned on the website so I wasn't surprised. As soon as it was ready to ship, I got a notification, and it arrived promptly a week later.
When I had questions about one of the patches, I reached out to customer service. Erika was very helpful and I appreciated how quickly she was able to reach back out to me. Everything was resolved with remarkable speed and demonstrated commitment to quality and service. I can't wait to put in my next order!

Customer service was very good, Ronald was a fantastic communicator. I had to wait a little for replies but they were helpful. Not more than 1-2 business days. Took about 4 weeks to get the merchandise.
My medium baseball jersey was a medium but fit like a large or XL. Pretty sad about that. The medium soccer jersey was perfect though.

Great quality and customer service. I was having a hard time getting a discount to apply to my order so I used the customer service chat. Ronald was patient with me and walked me through the steps.
Be patient with delivery since every Jersey is custom made after ordered so that needs to be factored into delivery time. It’s worth it!

It started out by me having a missing item from my order then I reached out and was able to get the right help I needed and the item was found and shipped promptly. Shoutout to Ronald for helping me out and being a great communicator

Retrolocker and Ronald were awesome to buy from. I did the buy 3 jerseys and get one free. While it did take a bout 5 weeks to get them, they all turned out amazing. Ronald stayed in touch with me over the entire process and it's rare to receive such good customer service these days. Please consider Retrolocker for your rero purchases! Brent

Ronalds jersey quality is absolutely out of this world i got my carolina hurricanes jersey and the stitching, numbers and just the comfort is second to none thank you again i definitely will be a returning customer

Very good quality, is on the higher end price wise for what I presume is rep products, but its well worth the money, custom prints look very very good. A tip is to go for a size up than your usual sizing. Will 100% be buying from them again

The experience was great. Products are of the most high quality and value I got 4 jerseys from them will definitely be ordering again

Great lineup of jersey's and other sports gear. I'm a sucker for the retro teams or uni's that have long since gone away. Their apparel is top notch and why pay ridiculous prices for "the real deal" when these look identical for about half the price. Great communication and great customer service included in your purchase! Give them a try! I'm sure you will be blown away by the quality!

Ordered a Miami Hurricanes jersey over to London England to celebrate an almost perfect season. Arrived quickly and quality was great, thanks !

I ordered Dwight Gooden Mets, Bo Jackson Royals and Alabama Forrest Gump. The quality is on point! While the Forrest Gump arrived later than originally promised. Retrolocker was very attentive and rectified the issue immediately which still kept my experience top notch!!

First I got a wrong size, apparently I forgot to click on the right one, but got to keep it and got a new one for free thanks to Ronald

I ordered 4 Cincinnati Reds jerseys after hearing/reading about RetroLocker on Reddit. These jerseys exceeded my expectations. For the cost, they are phenomenal. I did have a question during the shipping process, but Daniella responded in a flash. Will definitely order more jerseys from them.

The jerseys have strings I have to cut and white rash spots on one out of three.

I made a mistake ordering and sent me what I thought I ordered with no charge or hassle. I got it quickly too. Good experience with everyone I was in contact with.

The quality of the Jerseys are genuinely outstanding. Nothing really comes close at the price point. Not to mention, when I asked about the shipping of my jerseys, via email, I got a response from an actual person, with 20 minutes. If you are looking for a high quality jersey, but dont want to spend the crazy prices youll see at places like MLB.com, NFL.com, or any others. This is the spot to go to. 10/10
