Ok not Great
Two of the 12 balls I received were unusable. The rest were ok. Not great but ok. That was the A grade option. I wanted to try this out. Tick in the box and would probably just buy new. The difference in price against quality was such that new for me would be the better option. Service however was good. No problem with the administration side of things.
Following my feedback I was approached by Reuse golf balls. They apologised for the issue and are arranging to replace the two balls that were unplayable.
They both replaced them promptly and added a few more balls. These arrived today. Issues occur and it's how a company reacts to those situations. Excellent customer service.
