Wants bank details before you can have a supposedly FREE mobile look up. Nothing genuine wants bank details for something free.

I used Reversly for a reverse phone lookup on 19 Oct 2026, expecting to pay one small trial fee. Within two minutes I was charged three separate times (£0.48, £0.47, £0.47) and signed up to a 1-day trial that would have turned into a £39.99 subscription. I didn't see that price clearly before paying.

I contacted support the same evening to cancel and ask for a refund. They replied that the extra charges were "optional add-ons" (ScanPro and 24/7 Priority Support), which I never selected, refused a refund, and confirmed in writing that my renewal was cancelled and I would not be charged again.

The same day, at 20:25, they took two more payments from my card. They have not replied since, and ignored my request to delete my data.

If you use this site, check your bank statement carefully and block the merchant "reverslyhelp.com" in your banking app. I've had to raise a chargeback with my bank. Read every line at checkout before entering card details.

Please cancel the subscription and stop trying to deduct money on my account.unsubscribe immediately.

Terrible it gave me some random name and place I know the person I tried and it www not some ramen guy from Pakistan

This whole thing is absolute bullshit. I put my own phone number in just to test it bc why not. Apparently my number is some polish bloke called jagi who lives in the middle of nowhere. This is total and complete bullshit. Don’t bother wasting ur money

Scam - avoid at all cost, they promised me they'd do a full check abd the report didn't live up to this, very basic I could have found out myself!!!!
Paid 95p and a day later they took £40 without warning. AVOID!!!!

One of the most accurate lookup services I've used. I tested Reversely using my own number and the info it provided was accurate as well as thorough. Great service!

Scam tried to charge my card for 54$
They promised less than 2$

My bank declined that , i have to go to the process and .. not worth your time and your money . Im not bot f it they have to get down mfk .

Definitely a scam they offered less than two dollar fees and then the next day charged me 64.95 they are a f-ing rip-off, do not trust them one little bit.

I put the number into your system , and I wanted to track down. The person's name that popped up is not the owner of that phone I know what the owner's name of that phone is. And I know the owners of the phone number because I helped her buy the phone and she threw metro , which is a t mobile but is not t mobile. So if the name is not correct , how can I trust the location
