Reviewsnap Reviews

We've used ReviewSnap for a couple years now and are overall very satisfied with the system. The web based system allows our managers all of the country to be able to efficiently complete their performance reviews and the review and approval process is streamlined and expedited. We are very happy with the technology and the customer service that we continuously receive from our account manager, Candace. Great system!

We have used Reviewsnap since we transitioned from paper reviews three years ago and their service has been great. They helped us transition every step of the way. I would highly recommend Reviewsnap to other companies looking for an online performance review software!

We have been using ReviewSnap since 2012. It met our needs when we were 35 employees and continues to do so at 150 employees. They work to make regular updates to keep them competitive and their customer service is excellent. Our rep is very quick to respond and always so helpful. We are very pleased.

Review Snap is one of the best performance review platforms out there. Easy to use, customized to your process and reasonably priced!

We just started using ReviewSnap for our performance management system. It has been a home run! The system is very flexible, easy to use. The on-line training manual if detailed and self explanatory. The consultant is always available to help out. System is cloud based so you can use it where ever you are which is great for folks that travel.

I can run reports to see where folks are at. Looking forward to adding the compensation system

With over 25 years as an HR Professional, ReviewSnap is the ONLY on-line review program that I recommend and support. It is amazingly user friendly, can be custom designed to your specific needs and environment and, most importantly, is affordable! I highly recommend this product as the best one on the market for on-line review programs!

The Reviewsnap team has met or exceeded every one of my expectations with a review system. After researching and considering multiple options, Reviewsnap had all of the features and flexibility we were looking for. The only thing that holds it back from 5 stars in my mind is the ease of use from the admin perspective. I have worked in the system for about a year and sometimes have a hard time finding what I am looking for or have to ask for help. The Reviewsnap team is always quick to respond and super helpful.

It simply does the job.

-Templates are available to get you started and you can improve on these so your not limited in any way.
-System allows you to keep it simple OR get as creative as you like so you can meet all your needs from different angles.
-Support is available consistently with little waiting and they answer your questions completely step by step. Great knowledgeable help.

I was impressed from the beginning and highly recommend it for any size organization having used it for 2 review cycles so far.

We rolled out ReviewSnap last year. This is the 3rd company I have implemented the product in. Every implementation goes well, with an account rep who listens and works with you for the customization needed to match your company workflows.

I work for a 300-400 person company, and this is our third year using Reviewsnap. The customer service is excellent and our Reviewsnap rep is an valued partner. She keeps us on track and has ensured review success for our company. Reviewsnap is customizable to fit the needs of your company and allows for a great amount of flexibility. If you try something new one year and it doesn't work, you are able to change processes within the system easily. I highly recommend using this product for performance reviews.
