Was contacted by this company regarding a negative review on my website, offering removal of the review with payment after. Company took over my Google profile and when it was returned, it all "looked" legit (so I paid the invoice). I was told not to make changes in the first 5 days. Within those 5 days, Google closed my profile due to "suspicious activity". I found that primary ownership had been transferred to a different person/company and the original people who contacted me did not reply to my repeated requests for assistance. Seems to be a total scam with offices in UK, USA, and Australia, headed by Benson Pearce (even if that is a true person). Avoid avoid! Thankfully Google reinstated my profile but it was a costly and upsetting experience.

We received a bad review on our Google Business listing from a person who had never used our company. I responded to the reviewer that we didn;t have they name in our system and if they had had a bad experience with our company we would be happy to rectify the situation but never got a response back. Two days later I received an email from review solved saying they could remove negative reviews. I'm pretty sure review solve was the one who put up the negative review in the first place.

We received an email from ReviewSolved in which it said “I came across your Google My Business profile and would like to know if you are interested in removing your unfair reviews from Google.”

It also included a screen shot of the review. They had used the image of a singer with his unfavorable review comment. We have no association with the entertainment industry and of course we have never met the alleged reviewer. What would a singer want with an engineering type business?

Very clever scam, however they’re amateurs at grammar. Check this.
To Quote. “Whether you want to remove Google reviews or your [SIC] looking to opt out from Google My Business permanently , we can help”

It was very strange when a low rating review was placed on my Google business listing. The review was by a person we had never met. Following this was an email from ReviewSolved saying they would come to the rescue and remove the review for a FEE of course ( with a very good chance they may have written the review ). Please don't fall into the hands of this trick/ scam!

They won't stop harassing me. I've reported them to BBB and CASL and they won't unsubscribe me. It's been 8 months and they still harass me.

This is a scam!! They removed my company from google business as I requested only to find out 2 weeks later it is back on google business and says my company is permanently close which is incorrect. They have hurt my business and took my money. Benson Pearce is a scam artist and they invoiced us from a fake company and fake details.

This company appears to be a scam. Please beware. We received three 1 star reviews for the first time ever after having an internet presence for over 4 years and from people we have never dealt with. At the same time, we received two emails from this company offering their services to wipe the reviews.

I got this random 3-star rating on google and had never received a review with no comments `from someone who I have dealt with. Then out of the blue, this company contacts me telling me they can wipe my bad 3-star review for a fee. I think its a scam.

Three weeks ago we paid an amount of money to have fake reviews removed and have heard nothing since, despite emailing/phoning etc. Suspect this is a scam company
