RevisionDojo Reviews

The customer service is great. Mr Kevin was very helpful with my issues and helped me sort it out. Thank you!

Perhaps RD could make it more clear about certain policies and rules. EG; you can only change your subjects 3 times.

Truly a fantastic resource for IB! It has all the subjects you could ever take and the vast amount of resources per subject is incredible---it will adapt to whatever your study method is without a doubt. The functions I found the most useful were the practice questions with instant and incredibly detailed feedback structured by the rubric, and the chat jojo feature where we worked together to make my projects, IA's and exam preparation much more nuanced. Without a doubt worth the pro subscription. THANK YOU REVISION DOJO!

Fast respond

Revision Dojo Support Team are just amazing. I'm a DP2 student, and in the month of September, we have tons of deadlines, such as for, IAs, EE, Tok Essay, etc. within 4 days of the Month starting, I used up 21,000 out of the 26,000 word limit for plagiarism and ai checker for my work, and considering that i still had lots of things to check and finish, i sent an email to the support team, and out of kindness, they saw what situation i was in and gave me free extra 10,000 words. I really appreciate the Revision Dojo Team. Even what they do with the website is astonishing. I do not regret one bit purchasing RD Pro. Thanks Revision Dojo

This is a really good website for being in the IB DP. Their support team is awesome and help you really fast, and it has helped me a lot starting my IB DP courses.

The quality and quantity of the resources provided are great and made by IB Examiners, and the platform includes many useful features such as IA/EE/TOK Grader, Flashcards, and the new feature "Teach Jojo" is a great way to use the Feynman Technique of learning a concept. However, as I am an Indian student, I felt that the price was very high (I bought the exam pass for 50 thousand rupees). Other than that, I have not had issues yet. Also, the customer service is very helpful and they solve problems very quickly, like the Summer Jojo pet being locked even though I have bought an exam pass.

I think the company is doing really well with constantly improving and updating its features. They also have great communication and respond to feedback well. You definitely get your money’s worth when using the app. My only suggestion is with the question bank, I think that it could be improved a bit by providing more questions that are accurate to the past papers and such. Just to prepare myself better for the year round tests. But other than that Revision Dojo is great!

great customer service

Customer service (Kevin) was a great help in getting my account upgraded when we had trouble. He was very friendly, patient and very responsive.

It is a great tool for ib students, I mainly used it for reviewing with past papers and predicted papers. Additionally, the ia and io tool feedback is great as well as for the tok essay and the exteded essay. In general i would strongly recomend buying revision dojo.

Overall the website is great and helped me a lot as an IB Student, and also the costumer service is amazing and kind - every time i had even a small problem i reached out and it was fixed very quickly. Definitely Recommend.

My son is currently doing the IB. He wanted to use Revision Dojo, as many of his friends had recommended it to him and it seems to be somewhat of a must-have for the IB.

We tried to subscribe yesterday, but I accidentally selected the wrong subscription period. The issue was resolved very quickly and professionally. I received a refund for the incorrect subscription within just a few minutes, and we were able to sign up for the correct plan shortly afterwards.

So, in terms of customer service, a great experience so far.

I really love the diversity of learning tools; from lessons to notes and flashcards, I feel like I can really switch methods of understanding topics that suit my mood or a particular area. I can't watch the videos because I don't have pro but that's okay I still really enjoy everything that the Plus plan allows me to do!! I also really love chatting with Jojo and refining my IA plans with him, it's very helpful!
