Had some issues, but company resolved the issue.
I initially had issues with an order, but the company resolved them to my satisfaction. I would still recommend purchasing from them. One customer service rep does not represent all of them.
UPDATE: The company has been in touch with me and is sending me a replacement for the order I never received. I am glad that they have resolved this situation. I have been refunded my money, and they sent me another bottle. Would buy from them again. Mistakes happen and if a company is willing to make it right, that is what is important.

I’ve tried contacting their zen desk. My account shows no orders at all placed! Never got one bottle! Reviews show multiple people having no product and recurring charges. Bad product. Non stop sent bottles.

I ordered one and they sent me an additional six even though I declined every additional offer made on Instagram. Called them. They won't send a return label so I am stuck with the return fee.

Revival Point steals money from consumers when you place an order they set you up for a subscription they charge your credit card without permission if you don’t notice they continue to charge your card this is FRAUD ! I will report them to the BBB and the Attorney General ‘s Office . I am sure I am NOT the only consumer this has happened to !!!!! I tried to place an order for a bowel cleansing thing. My order was not going through, though the site said my card was confirmed, so fortunately I checked my bank account quickly, and found that multiple multiple multiple charges had been placed. Of course I never got any order confirmation from the company. I had to cancel my card to eliminate further fraudulent charges.
