Although the UK doesn’t deal in Tecno (he let us know this previously unknown info), the tech guy calmly explained and advised us on what we could do to stop the phone from behaving that way. We had a WhatsApp software problem and had visited 5 phone shops on Sauchiehall Street to try to fix it. None were able to and said it wasn't fixable. Then we discovered Revive who fixed it in 10 minutes. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly, Revive lab are our future goto for all mobile phone issues!
