Bought a pair of sunglasses online, and they came bent out of shape where each arm was resting at a different height. The sunglasses are plastic frames so cannot be bent back into shape, they are simply very poorly manufactured. Best of all they dont offer returns in my country according to their website (found this out after I received these)! Avoid this brand and I will never purchase from Revo again!

They told me they no longer warranty items and said I can get a 30% discount on the next item I purchase!
I want my glasses fixed!

Buyer beware.
this is not the Revo brand of old this is a cheap imitation - The quality of the glasses i received are the very same you can buy at most dollar stores. The same day i got my glasses and requested a return label the platform said that my time to return had expired, not very user friendly would you say? my experience is not over yet and only getting worse.
My advice to any potential buyer is go to a store and stay off line.

Horrible customer service regarding repair DO NOT BUY.
They break your buying a new pair per customer service. They have NO repair service. gOOD LUCK!

I bought sunglasses online from revo europe site and they are big for my face. I asked for exchange the same day I received them but revo customer service is not replying me after two weeks. Sent many reminders and they never answered. I need to change my glasses urgently. They do not help eventhough in their site they promised for an easy exchange and replacement. Terrible.

Update: REVO USA contacted me about what I experienced and in a fair and timely fashion gave me a free pair of Clive Sunglasses free of charge for what I experienced. Revo USA is miles better than Revo Canada and for their effort I have updated my review of them to 4 stars, as their sun glasses are magnificent, some of the very best out there. They do still need to clean up elements of their customer service and supply management to make the company truly seamless. They have the full potential to be a 5 star entity again.

Below is an account of what had happened. I have to commend them for flipping the script to win me over again. They made things right.

Prior to this Revo Canada had not honoured it's promotional offers, and some sunglasses that they featured on their website were discontinued, which I find out after paying for my order. It was brutal and had me asking what happened to this once great company.

They ran a Valentine's Day promotion of buy one, get one free. In reality it seemed far too good to be true. The only bright spot in the beginning of this journey was customer service agent Tess I had been dealing with. She deserves 5 stars for her efforts.

Even after I was informed that the Cobra H20 style was discontinued, it was still being offered as a free pair with a purchase on their website. Frustrating to say the least. I was loyal and had previously owned 3 pairs of Revo sunglasses. I now see why Sunglass Hut in Canada dumped them.

I was then offered $139 off a single pair or to select another pair as part of the buy one get one free offer.
The issue I now have is a trust one. Are the sunglasses I want to buy actually in stock? I asked about the Clive sunglasses as an option. I was refunded my money before even having this question answered. I found out afterward that those are out of stock too. The question is what do they have in stock. Zero reliability here to order from. What a horrible experience. I would give this company a zero out of five if I could.

Being offered $139 isn't even half off a pair of their glasses, nor does it really address the headache I have gone through. Considering the markup is usually 1000%, this is not really a real form of compensation at all for misleading, false advertising and simply poor business practices I have experienced with this once great company that is now a shell of itself.

This is absolutely a genuine experience.

ho comprato qualche anno fa un paio di Revo a 250 euro. Premetto che ho sempre portato Revo perchè avevano le migliori lenti al mondo, credo fatte da Barberini in doppio cristallo con inserito filtro polarizzante e decine di trattamenti, compreso un rivoluzionario filtro anti IR. Ebbene, mi sono ritrovato con occhiali con una montatura stratosferica in titanio e delle lenti...
.... da occhiale dell'Autogrill!! In tre anni ho speso 150 euro per tre paia di lenti di ricambio (50 euro al paio più spedizione) e tutte si sono rovinate a partire dal primo mese di utilizzo, perdendo, immagino a causa del sudore, il rivestimento antiriflesso interno. Morale della favola è che vedo a chiazze e solo se non ho il sole alle spalle. Che brutta cosa.
